All the food is good. I've never ordered anything that came out bad. Seating was quick and staff was kind. Service is always great!

Genuinely if I go to BJs ever again it'll be just to pick up a pizookie togo. got a seat right away, restaurant was empty around 6-6:30pm tuesday. it gives same vibes as chilis. The waitress had zero customer service. We weren't checked on enough. my sister was able to go to the restroom and come back before we were greeted. while waiting for our drinks, our waiter came by with a tray of drinks, handed my sister a drink and asked if it was diet dr pepper or regular, my sister tried two drinks for her, stated we couldn't really tell and that she ordered a pepsi anyway. she disappeared and came back with her pepsi. by this time, we had decided on an appetizer, but we had enough time to decide on entrees too. the spinach artichoke dip was okay. i got my wine halfway through eating the appetizer. when we were ordering entrees finally, my sister asked if "crispy chicken" was an option and the waitress said she would see, and while we appreciate the accommodation, i probably would've preferred if the waitress explained it would be chicken tenders and not breaded chicken breast. I ordered the tri tip & chicken combo with garlic butter sauce, loaded mashed potatoes and a caesar salad. I assumed when I asked for garlic butter that the BBQ sauce that comes with it wouldn't be ontop aswell or that they'd put the bbq sauce on the chicken..., but that's my bad for not asking. my loaded mashed potato's had no chives. My caesar salad tasted like ranch to me so i only ate a few bites. The saving grace was the pizookie. for $115, im never eating out at BJs again, but will for sure take a pizookie togo. i thought i was saving too by going to BJs on a tuesday for $5 pizookie and half off wine. :/ $6 for a side of broccoli is insane. I wish I had complained in the restaurant, but from my experience, i felt i wouldn't have been listened to and i wasn't gonna make my sister sit through that, so we just left. i'd also like to complain that the menus need an update, it was hard to understand with the overwhelming page designs and the spiral binding is cheap. read more

The blue haired host was super rude. She didn't greet us and just stared at me when I walked. It was so unwelcoming I almost left because she acted annoyed. I don't think she even talked to us. Our waiter was very nice and an attentive. He kept our drinks filled. Wish I knew his name, he was dark haired and taller. I got the hatch smash burger and it was super mushy but the flavor was good. Ok this tri tip is legit! And I've had the OG in Santa Maria California. It's so tender and tastes like it's been marinated in beer. It doesn't even need a sauce or anything as it's bathed in juices. Perfect cooked to medium I will definitely be getting this again! Sides were also very good. Packaged well for a DoorDash delivery. Just wish the portion size was a little larger. read more

Went for a late lunch here seeing it was in the plaza where we were shopping. Food and drinks were good. I got a non alcoholic drink bobalicious mango spark, sooo good. The mojito was ok, I'm a mojito fanatic but this one was plain. The wings were great, texture and flavor on point. We also had the smokehouse burger which was devoured quickly with some French fries. The kids Mac and cheese tasted like a box Mac and cheese though but I guess it's for kids so they don't do too much. The fruits for the kids meal was fresh. Didn't like the seating arrangement though. But that's for a different day, If I go back there I'll see if it's the same but it was weird how they seat us while the front of the restaurant was empty. My friends and I had a craving for pizookies and it was fully satisfied with a great variety of them. The service was great! He was super friendly and happy to see a group of friends just showing up for their desserts. The restaurant has ample seating and good ambiance. And the pizookies are amazing. Our favorite ones were the monkey bread and the original. They all come with their own serving of ice cream and they have minis and full size ones! read more

This BJ's has gotten better over the years. They used to have the worst service but it has improved tremendously. The food is still good and it's a pretty good place to bring lots of friends or family, watch sports, or just have a quick bite to eat. Ordering to-go here is still slow and disappointing or upsetting so I don't recommend. Cocktails are good. I always opt for the margarita flight or a seasonal cocktail. For food we typically get a soup in a bread bowl (they have one of the best clam chowders for a restaurant), any of their specials like ribs or steak, deep dish pizzas and other entrees like pasta etc. If you don't know what a pizookie is, you have to try! They have an extensive menu with an extensive selection of desserts. I love the birthday cake or white chocolate macadamia pizookie. read more

Sorry for the late upload- I enjoy BJ's and missed it for close to a decade. Not long ago we dined in here for a quick bite while waiting for a few friends to ride on our bikes with. Back in Oregon we frequent this place with family. Glad to see this establishment here in TX and so close to home. Everything here at BJ's is good. My daughter and I love their calamari, the brewhouse bite sampler is good too. I also like the Parmesan crusted chicken. There were other items on their menu that we wanted to try next time we visit. Always love this place it's been a favorite since I was a child. The food is always great, how can you resist a pizookie. They have loads of different flavors now when they used to only have chocolate chip. The salted caramel is my new favorite. The staff is very kind even on super busy nights they are working strategically and effortlessly to ensure that you enjoy your meal. The vibe is upbeat and can be a bit loud as they play the sporting events on a lot of TVs. It can be good for family night or out for watching a game. The parking lot was nice, big, and clean. We walked in and the older man just stared, he did not speak or anything. This was our first time so it was really weird, but thankfully since I frequent different places I said two, and another man, a lot younger seated us and was kind and helped bring back our excitement of trying this establishment. Fried couscous Mac & cheese balls - . For our entrees, I asked Ashley L. for her recommendation and she notified us of the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal and the parmigiana pasta. We ordered: 1. $13 Pizookie Meal Deal: Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta - the chicken was burnt in some portions, but the chicken tasted good; the pasta was pretty good just on the bland side for me, but I added some salt/pepper. The Salted Caramel Pizookie was pretzel-ey and had an overwhelming white chocolate taste. 2. $13 Pizookie Meal Deal: All-American Smash Burger - the burger tasted good and well cooked; the signature burger sauce tasted good on the side; the fries tasted regular. The decor was really nice but the food was terrible! Service was decent. I got a chicken dish and the chicken came out "cold"! My daughter got the chipotle salmon and she said the taste was so bad she couldn't even eat it. It had a very "fishy" taste and the sauce which was suppose to be a spicy sauce tasted sweet which just killed the whole dish! We got the cookie with ice cream on top dessert and when the waitress brought it out the ice cream was melted. She told us their freezer was messed up so all the ice cream is melted . The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because our server did really well and the drinks were good, even if they were small. In all fairness... I happen to come across a certificate for $25.00 from Uber Eats expiring in a couple of days. I was attracted to the attached picture of barbecue indicating a restaurant - Slo Roast... not realizing it is actually BJ's brewhouse restaurant...!??? The steak and ribs were cold and it was place on top of the mashed potatoes. The asparagus was dry. The cesar salad was good. The delivery time started indicating 5 minutes away then it kept adding minutes after minutes and took almost 45 mins. Ordered 3:20pm and delivered 4:25pm. Seem reasonable amount of time however, the food was already cold by the time it was delivered. Cost for the dinner - absolutely reasonable utilizing the $25 credit from Uber. Thank you Uber! I want to be clear - the food from Bj's was still good after heating it up. It is the experience that you go through, the anticipation, and you are presented with some disappointing outcome. read more

I enjoyed my meal very much, the buffalo wings were cooked to perfection! The spaghetti had just the right amount of flavor as well as the bread stick it came with, very warm, fluffy and flavorful. We had never been here before so we ordered based off of a recommendation from the server and a popular item on yelp. The Jambalaya was full of seasoning (maybe too much as it was crumbling up around the food and quite salty), and was a pretty big dish. The avocado rolls - sigh. They were advertised to have cream cheese, sun dried tomatoes, cilantro, chipotle peppers, and onions. What we received was a crumbly wrapper with nothing but avocado and its sauce on the side. The service was okay, but we left pretty disappointed in regard to the food. Maybe we didn't get the right dishes or went to dine in too late. Might give it another shot in the future. read more

Waitress never asked if we liked our food. No explanation as to why one of the tasted wasn't turned to our football game. Overall Terrible experience! I will not go back. Overall, a good experience BJ's is a great dining option, if you are looking for a chain restaurant like the Cake Factory, but without the confusing 10,000+ items listed on the CF menu. We came here on a busy Sunday night but there was still seating available on Mother's Day, which was great! Once seated at our new booth, our waitress made every effort to make sure that we had drinks and menus brought to us quickly. She had a wonderful attitude and provided great service! The menu is easy to read with a lot of classic American menu items. BJ's offers a nice menu, with a wide variety of options. We ordered the following to get a good example of their different foods: *The classic cheeseburger, which was delicious and not greasy and served with a side of fries that we're good! *The California sourdough chicken club sandwich, which the chicken breast was tender, the vegetables and avocado were fresh and a side of fries. *The Prime Rib dip sandwich, noting that the meat was tender and not stringy, a side of horseradish and fries. The horseradish was not too spicy and tasted like fresh prepared. I would recommend any of the above items. The dining room was kept clean and tables were promptly cleaned up and made available for newer arriving guests. The ambiance is very family-oriented and friendly. The waiters and waitresses did a wonderful job taking care of their guests Overall I give BJ's 1thumbs up, but, not 2 thumbs up. *The 3 stars is based on the disgruntled attitude of the young lady (I believe she stated that her name was brooke?) that seated us, who (undeservly) literally and audibly bemoaned under her breath with a heavy sigh, "SHEESH" when we respectfully asked to be relocated to a different booth, at a quieter and less less rambunctious available area. *We quite simply and nicely asked to be relocated to another table didn't want to hear laptop/cellphone video games and and what sounded like the screaming from a Chuck E cheese ball pit... *It seemed like such a minor request to be located several booths over, but, it apparently made an immensely annoying negative impact on her standard work day duties that she had to be verbally audible and express her resent & disdain for seating guests? We're not sure but thats how it was perceived. And that was really a garbage thing to do, especially on Mother's Day. The food was good, the price is fair and the waitstaff was great! Even with the negative interaction, I will give this another try again in the future and would still recommend this restaurant. read more

I've been wanting to try this place out, the service was great. Our waitress was the best. I LOVED how the interior is dim lit. I wasn't much hungry so I only wanted a marg and appetizer. I was initially going to get a white peach margarita but the flight was the same price so I went with it, and i'm glad I did because the white peach was actually the worst flavor. no white peach flavor only alcohol. the best one was the lemon berry. Strawberry was great too and lime good just a regular house margarita. I got the spinach artichoke dip, I guess because I was craving TGIF I was expecting that flavor/taste, but this didn't hit the same. There wasn't any breadcrumbs or seasoning, it tasted more mikly than cheesy. creamy yes, but that's not the main thing I look for in s&a dip. probably wouldn't get it again. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger and he liked it, I had some of his fries and loved them SIL got the boneless wings. they're definitely a lot (1 lb) and worth the price. can't go wrong with boneless buffalo wings! classic flavor and perfect crispness, juicy interior, yum.
