I love BWW, I usually go at least once a week to watch football. I hesitated to go yesterday due to COVID, but with the safety measures in place, decided to go. The servers are not compliant. Their masks were pulled down to their chins for the most part. Some were appropriate, but most were not. Noses are connected to our respiratory system. They should be thankful to be working, and patrons showing up. Management, please reiterate the importance of masking up. I want to continue my service to you, but its not worth it if I have to worry about possibly getting sick. I came in to buffalo wild wings this evening and we had a sweet young gentleman serve us. I ordered the avacado bacon burger and requested no fries. Once I received my burger I found that there was no avacado or bacon. I've never complained before but I was really looking forward to the standard burger. I requested a remake and when our server brought it out, the meat was uncooked and cold and the server informed me that there's no more avacado before leaving. In addition our ticket was overcharged as I didn't get a side of fries. I've went in there twice in the past week to do a pickup order for wings, the first time the guy at the front pulled his entire mask down to talk to me and all of the workers had the mask pulled below their nose and the second time again all of the workers had their mask pulled below their nose. My son ate the cheeseburger slammer kids meal, he loved it! I ordered the chicken tenders, they offer chips and salsa as a free side substitution! I think that's awesome! I love Buffalo Wild Wings! Every time my husband and I go to the location on 41st right before Sheridan we go into the bar area and have this wonderful waitress named Calynn. She is so nice and knows what we drink by heart! (Although I did throw her off with my last visit by changing my drink order) I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings at so many locations and states, but I will say this location is my favorite (possibly because we always get Calynn). I would highly recommend going into the bar area and get this server, she is good, very friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Thanks for making our BWW visits so great! The service was good, but there is only one thing on the menu that I would eat from now on. Their dry rub wings "desert heat" are pretty good. Everything else I have had the last half dozen times was dismal. Lots of TVs, super noisy. Mainly just a box with TVs on the wall, and tables and chairs. Nothing to breakup the space at all. Although my family and I eat at BWW regularly (and will continue to) we will NEVER go to this location again. The convenience of the location being close to home is nothing when the service is as bad as it is at this location. For starters this location states they don't can't make a drink their other locations sell, it takes 2 seconds to Google a drink and read how to make it. 41st BWW won't go that extra mile for their customers and will straight up just tell you "we can't", although all the liquors included in it are house liquors. This location also struggles with managing their busy times. My family and I go to BWW with a part of 7 every Thursday for their wing special (I mean who can beat $0.60/ea unlimited boneless wings). This specific night we did walk into a busy crowd (which isn't uncommon). After sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes, my family (including 3 children and a baby) left hungry. We weren't compensated whatsoever and all we got was a "sorry" for our waitress completely negating to put in our order at ALL. We wouldn't have cared much as 1) true, the location was busy when WE ARRIVED 2) we hadn't watched 2 tables come in be seated, order taken, be served AND EAT their food all AFTER we ordered ours. We inquired about our meal 4x and each time was told "they were working on it". The service we received last week has ensured my family and I that this is by far the worst BWW we've ever tried. We wanted to play trivia and eat wings so we always go to BWW. This location was awesome. Some of the reviews were bad so we were hesitant at first. The walked in and were greeted by a friendly staff. The manager was really nice and changed the tvs to trivia and the waiter was great. The food came out really fast and taste really good. This location has 30 beers on tap now if they could just print some drink menus we would be set. All I ever eat is the wings. Asian zing is one of the best. They have some unique wing seasonings and many different flavors. He never refilled our drinks, never asked us how we were, or even brought us our food. To top off this wretched experience, Tevin lost my debit card and did nothing to really find it. He wandered around the store looking for it aimlessly like a homeless dog looking for a home. He continued to avoid my table and I had to wave him down to even get him to come to us. I read the reviews for this location before going and I was a bit skeptical. We were just passing through town. A lot of the reviews for this location are terrible, however, my experience was excellent. We went (unknowingly) on UFC fight night so the place was packed, but we were seated right away. After we ordered, we received our food very quickly and it was very fresh and hot. Our server, Miya, was extremely polite and attentive. I've been to other BWWs and when this one opened, I was happy because it was closer to my home. When we arrived, there was minimal people. It was VERY loud. I know it is usually louder than most restaurants due the the sports atmosphere but with less people the volume was too high. We mentioned it to the waiter and he just sort of shrugged it off. While taking our order, the waiter and us both had to keep saying "What?" that should be a clue. Service was slow, drinks were empty, waiter never checked on us, we had to keep waiting for him and then TRY to get his attention. He was at the NEXT table, all our empty glassed were at the end of the table... he did not even look!!! The food came out after a long wait and it was wrong. The food was pretty good but the service was awful. When my friend and I got there, the restaurant was by no means busy and was actually pretty slow. We were first seated at a four person table off in the corner where they put us both on the same side of the table because the other side was blocked by high chairs. This didn't make sense so I planned on asking our waitress if we could be moved to a different table, as there were plenty of open tables. The only problem was we sat at the table for about 15 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Eventually a woman, who I believe was the manager, came and got our drink orders and was unpleasant and not friendly at all. She was not polite or inviting and this is where the problems started. After we had gotten our food, we did not see the waitress again until we finished our food. I needed a refill on my soda for about 15 minutes before I even saw our waitress. From there, when we asked for the check and refills, it took another 10+ minutes before we even got the check and after we paid it took another 10 minutes to get our cards back. Normally I would be understanding of service being a little slow, as I have worked in the restaurant industry before, but given that the restaurant was not busy at all and they were well staffed, I am disappointed with the slow service and general lack of any sort of welcoming environment and friendly employees. read more
