Roughly about 5-6 more minutes went by and the second lady comes back and says thatshe is going to take my order to help out my original waitress. I was able to place my order. I stopped my original waitress as she walked by and asked her if she would give me some southwest ranch with my order . She told me to remind her whenever my order came out. Well, when my order came out, the general manager (a guy) actually brought my food out, and I asked him if he could get me an order of southwest ranch. Approximately 15 minutes later, no one had came to my table so I had to stop my original waitress and tell her to cancel the southwest ranch order because I was already done with my food. Not one time did anyone asked to refill my drink. Not one time did anyone come by to check on me. And the general manager never returned to my table. (Which I would have at least expected him to apologize for never grabbing my requested ranch). I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy, but they were not super busy and I was literally by myself. I will make sure to never come to this restaurant again. Just felt like they didn't seem to think I deserved much attention since I was by myself. I still tipped them only because I know they are there to make money. Food is good, we always sit at the bar so we always check out our favorite sports teams or fight updates. They show the UFC fights so that's always great to watch while having a drink and appetizers.
