Finds out she knew my information did not enter and added me later. Instead of me being the second person to be seen, i was still waiting 30 minutes later, when I asked about it, she stated I entered you late and made no attempt to get me seen faster. Instead of getting seen at 2:30, I wasn't seen until 2:55. Receptionist was short and inconsiderate; never should a person be treated like that in a medical facility. Oh, but wait, the nurse practitioner, Bunmi Folarinde, is bats*i* crazy! This lady went from 0 to 10 infinity on poor Laurette who made a dumb decision because she simply did not know any better. The nurse practitioner is apparently not proficient in veterans medical evaluations and she clearly contradicted herself in black and white; however; she had the aid of medical report from an authentic professional to reference to. After staying there for over 2 hours and enduring the uncomfortableness of it all, I have determined that this visit was a complete waste of time with the worst "medical center" staff ever, smh. The office staff seems committed to offering the best customer experience. I can tell they succeed at that. No issue with them. My concern relates to time spent as a new patient. I spent 25' max. with Dr. Alana Villada. I spent 25' in a direct personal exchange between me, the patient, and the said Dr. I received a bill of $308.10. I checked with my insurance. I was billed under code 99204 (New patient office visit, 45-59 minutes). I reached out to the billing team and they sent me back to the office manager. The office manager stated that any work conducted by the Physician via the portal (like uploading and posting a comment about a lab result) can be minutes aggregated to the initial visit face-to-face. I am in disagreement since I interacted with the doctor only 25'. Any work done after the face-to-face visit culminated (asynchronously, not demanding a patient's response or physical examination, online, etc.) cannot be considered an in-person visit with a licensed professional or be billed under the same care or service provided. They accept my insurance and are close which is why I went. Today after I sat for an hour and a half to get blood work and x-ray results, I am confident I will not go back. I won't go into the cleanliness and organization of the place, let alone the attitude and unprofessionalism of the entire office staff.

Sat for about 5 mins & I had blood pressure checked. 5 mins later the "dr" came in. A very inflamed hip & needed a big anti inflammatory shot & 3 perscriptions to fill, if I feel I need them to feel better in my surrounbg back/hip areas. Out in 30 mins. They have sm tv's in the room playing old-school Bugs Bunny- hysterical! They had tv's turned down so I could hear the 80/90's music playing. Pretty cool office in a nice shopping center at McGinnis Ferry/P'tree Industrial. Everything was clean & everyone friendly. Still ache so I hope this shot kicks in soon- been over an hour.

This place is a medical clinic as you all know. You can either use them as a Primary care…read morephysician, or for those of you that may be on Social Security Disability, this is the clinic that they use. Either if you're filing for Social Security disability or you have a review of your case and they need more info, this is most likely the place where they will send you to. As my visit was ok, I felt that it took too long in my opinion. My appointment was at 2, I got there at 1:50. Had to answer a bunch of questions on the tablet but not all of them as they will tell you that you don't have answer them all. They finally called me back there at 2:45. Took my Xrays, and documented my medications. So this portion took about 30 minutes. Now I had to wait on the main doctor to come see me in the room. That took about 25 to 30 minutes before he arrived. He gave me some little physical tests then I was finally done. I finally walked out of there at 4:00.
