Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Do not go here! There are much better places that administer better care and far, far better customer service. The front desk workers were rude, inconsiderate, and just plain nasty to deal with. I can't stress enough, DO NOT GO HERE. To top things off, they refused to honor our insurance even though we checked with them before hand and Eric there told us we were covered. Obviously, they are money hungry and just trying to take advantage of the public in need of services when influenza and Covid cases are at a high. They demanded $150 for a rapid test even though they previously told us our insurance would cover it. So unethical and so unprofessional. There are better clinics in town. This has been the biggest headache to deal with. I was seen simply for a Covid test. They charged me $5 more than what they asked for. Ok, it's $5, not a lot to make a stink about. They swabbed me, a PA came in and gave me a script to make me feel better. Told me to call in 3 days if I haven't heard from them. I called, no answer. Three more calls, no answer. I drive up there, receptionist sends a note to the nurse for a return call. Nothing. I continuously call for the next 3 days. Nothing. Finally, on day 7, I got an answer! They hung up. I call back, get someone to verbally confirm my results. I then get a bill in the mail for $68 more. I called to get a hard copy of my results and find out not only that I should've received an email with my results and didn't, but they had also not typed in my full legal last name (my name is hyphenated, they only typed in the first part) when I'd checked in, so my lab results don't have my legal name on it. She tells me she'll type a letter with my legal name stating my result on their letterhead. When I arrive, I ask about the extra $68. That's for being seen for the provider I didn't ask for. I open the letter. The letter states the wrong date seen, and the WRONG RESULT. Nightmare!!! read more

I walked in on crutches and the lady at the front desk needed my drivers license, etc. No problem, I understood. I have a new wallet, a gift from my husband, and we couldn't get my drivers license out. I tried, he tried, we asked for tweezers. She said they didn't have any. She got out some scissors and I said please don't cut my wallet, it's brand new and that's why it's stiff. I laid my insurance card and debit card on the counter and finally laid my wallet down (not realizing it was on the edge) and it flipped over onto her desk. She said "Really? You're going to throw it at me?" I didn't and tried to explain that it slipped off her desk. She got up, walked to the back and said loudly "I'm not dealing with that lady." Nobody ever came back out, so i painfully made my way to the door and into the car. If you're looking for emphatic, caring health care professionals, look elsewhere. I never even got seen, but the experience was so bad I'll drive miles out of my way to avoid this place. read more
