Check-in was super smooth and easy, and once they give you your wristbands, you are set. The wristbands gave us access to some of the top dayclubs and nightclubs in Vegas every single day (sometimes even 2+ options in one day) and they included open bar with some of the top artists around the world. Everything was already planned out so we didn't have to plan a thing, but we also didn't have to stick to the itinerary if we wanted to do our own thing, which was nice. We stayed at The Strat, which was a convenient and solid hotel option. If an issue ever came up, I was able to reach someone from JusCollege right away. They were super responsive and immediately made sure everything was handled so my trip stayed on track. That kind of support made me feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, I felt safe the entire trip being surrounded by so many other college students who were all there for the same experience. The vibes were UNMATCHED. The resort we picked was rather new so there was not a lot of info out there yet, but she made sure to inform us about what she did know and kept us updated as new info came out. When it came down to getting a group contract Monica was awesome. She was quick, explained how the group contract worked and was always communicating with us on how it was going and when deadlines were coming up. During the process we had some friends/family issues with booking their rooms. It was a bit stressful to have to deal with the family/friend issues but she was so helpful and kind in dealing with them. She planned all of our tours as well. We met with her and gave her our budget and our preferences and she made everything so seamless and exactly what we wanted. Not only did she go above and beyond with the planning process to make everything smooth and seamless, but when the software glitch that occurred in July 2024, grounded more than 2000 flights, and caused us to have multiple flight cancellations at the start of our trip, she was amazing and spent hours on the phone with us, and her supplier rearranging our hotel stays, transfers and tours multiple times to help us when our trip ended up getting shifted 2 days later. She was up early in the morning and late at night keeping us updated with flight changes and accommodation changes. It was a very stressful situation and without Shay, we would not have known what to do. She stepped in and helped us figure everything out so we were still able to have an amazing trip. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. She responds very quickly and adds extra touches, like checking us in for our flights, so we didn't have to worry about it while on vacation. She also provided us with access to an app that had our full travel itinerary including flights, accommodations, tours and reservations all organized into one place that made it so easy for us to find all the trip details quickly and easily. April did all the driving, which was considerable on this trip. She is always helpful with assisting you with your photography. She also was willing to make accommodations for me (I am disabled) including getting me ground floor rooms, loading/unloading my light weight power wheelchair to/from the van when needed, and helping me in and out of the van. She even bought a simple shower stool for me to use. I recommend Aprils trips to everyone.
