My weekend trip to Vegas with JusCollege was THE BEST EVER!! Before going on the trip, all information regarding check-in, itinerary, travel help, and more guidance was sent which was super helpful to refer to before going. Check-in was super smooth and easy, and once they give you your wristbands, you are set. The wristbands gave us access to some of the top dayclubs and nightclubs in Vegas every single day (sometimes even 2+ options in one day) and they included open bar with some of the top artists around the world. Everything was already planned out so we didn't have to plan a thing, but we also didn't have to stick to the itinerary if we wanted to do our own thing, which was nice. We stayed at The Strat, which was a convenient and solid hotel option. If an issue ever came up, I was able to reach someone from JusCollege right away. They were super responsive and immediately made sure everything was handled so my trip stayed on track. That kind of support made me feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, I felt safe the entire trip being surrounded by so many other college students who were all there for the same experience. The vibes were UNMATCHED. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY that completely robbed us of our money without letting us know. We had a roommate group of 3 people, and one person's payment didn't continue because her bank froze the transactions due to fraud suspicion. As a result, she got completely removed as an occupant without being refunded and we also did not get informed of this removed. She emphasize that she remained committed to the trip and wanted to continue the payments but the company refused to allow her to continue with her payments and instead rebook at double the price despite having already made many payments for her initial booking, which she was not willing to do. As a result, our entire roommate group got scammed out of our money because we needed to either pay on the roommates behalf or drop out and lose out on our entire booking. I would give multiple negative starts if possible. My son paid $800 for his portion of a room with 5 people for a fraternity-sponsored Senior weekend trip in Vegas. He didn't purchase the insurance because he was 100 percent committed to going. His friend group ultimately squeezed him out of the room and he was left scrambling to find another group of guys with an open bed. He found a group of girls that needed a 5th person , but the company wouldn't let him be added to a female room. He found two other situations where all five spots in the room had already been paid for but in each room, someone could no longer go (including his original group) so a bed was available. He contacted the company and asked that they use his money (the $800 they already have) for an $800 spot in one of those rooms which now had a bed vacant. They told him that because he didn't find a room on-time (he found these vacancies almost three weeks prior to the trip), they had reserved a single room for him and if he wanted to go on the trip, in addition to the $800 he had already paid, he would need to pay an additional $1,700. The would not authorize what they call a "room swap" (allowing him to have one of the vacant beds), would not refund his money, and would not transfer the $800 he already paid to an upcoming 2026 Spring Break trip. my son just left a trip in Cabo organized by JusCollege as he was drugged and robbed at one of the bars they organized for his group. They are unreachable by phone, they swear that there is a representative at the hotel who is available to the students in the case of an emergency, but no one can find that person, they refuse to call me back. another student was abducted by four police officers who put him in a police car at gun point and took him to an ATM, made him withdrawal $500 and then took him back to the resort. the local police do not speak English and would not help and neither did the hotel. do not, under any circumstances allow your child to go on a trip organized by this company. read more

I only picked one star because there is not a zero star option. We booked and paid for my daughter's spring break trip to Cabo. They then switched the hotel she was in, announcing it as an "upgrade" that was a special thing for her and her friends. However, then they charged my credit card (without my permission) for the difference in cost between the two places. So it wasn't an upgrade, it was something I was required to pay for. We chose the cheaper hotel because it was what we could afford. But they apparently use "bait and switch" tactics to make more money of you. Very disappointed in Jus College customer service. Son went to Punta Cana for SB'25 with a group of 5. One room had 3 and his room had 2 people, therefore they were charged a $250 pp charge b/c they didn't meet full occupancy of 3 per room. However when they arrived they were placed in an accommodation for only 2. Asked for a refund for being charged for accommodations for 3. Got a big run-around and then completely stopped responding. Just got back from the Vegas 2025 Senior Trip and I am going to highly and loudly discourage others to pay upwards of $2000 for this trip to any of their locations. My friends and I are all college seniors who worked very hard last spring to pay for this trip through the payment plan. Us alongside hundreds of other Alabama students were extremely underwhelmed by our experience. The week before the trip we received emails about extra charges we were not aware of and that we would have to pay club promoters in order to even get inside the clubs that JusCollege had "reserved" for us. We were told by JusCollege and the student reps they had that yes there were going to be a lot of other schools there, but in order to crowd control, we would all have varying schedules and events. That was simply not true. Every day and every event there were probably a thousand seniors from schools all over all squished together in a frankly inhumane way in order to get into the clubs. even if you arrived three hours early, the crowds and line management was absurd and the Zouk Nightclub staff were unprofessional. Please do not let you students book this trip and if you are a student. save yourself and your friends thousands of dollars and book your own independent senior trip. read more

There is a worldwide Pandemic and yesterday the United States declared a National Emergency. This was not enough for Juscollege to cancel the trip. I have had a really bad experience with their customer service management. I realize their account services management is probably to blame; not the customer service representatives that have been very timely in answering my questions. In short, I signed up for a trip to go to Vegas for fall break 2020; I ended up needing to cancel but a few friends had been able to transfer their trip credit to someone else who was still going. I asked if i would be able to do that and the account services representative had already deleted ALL my account information so there is no record of my trip, record locator or that I had even been signed up in the first place so no credit transfer is possible at this point. I hope that JusCollege learns from my poor experience and loss of money and fixes this problem for other people. At a time like this when no one is able to travel, I believe it is imperative for companies to be ready to handle cancellations and refunds and this has been an extremely bad experience for me and I will not be using JusCollege again for any trip. I strongly discourage anyone from using them unless you are 150% sure you will go, because a trip credit transfer or refund is extremely unlikely. read more

They are not flexible with refunds on trips with this Corona virus deal. My niece is asthmatic; which puts her at a more vulnerable state. Their response is saying that their vacation spots are safe. So, I guess Coronavirus is spread proof there, because they say so. I'm concerned she also won't be able to get back to U.S. I understand the policy on a general aspect and totally understand. However, events All over the country/world are being cancelled left and right. The NBA just cancelled their season for now. There's travel bans everywhere and because and I quote from a response email " Everything has been paid for and all the preparations have been made at this stage." I encourage anyone who is considering travel with JusCollege to STRONGLY RECONSIDER. After the recent Coronavirus pandemic, I decided to make the difficult decision to cancel my trip to Cabo with JusCollege. JusCollege sent an email to Cabo clients saying that since Mexico has less cases of Coronavirus than the US and because there are no present travel warnings, that they are not cancelling the trip. While I can understand the company's need to be profitable, they are blatantly taking advantage of vulnerable college students who would rather risk traveling than forfeit their hard-earned (and limited) funds. Friends of mine who booked accommodations independently of JusCollege but at the same hotel received a FULL refund, yet JusCollege could not even offer a partial one to me. JusCollege says in their email that there are less cases of coronavirus in Mexico than in the US, but it is obvious that they are not taking into account the risk associated with avian travel or potential travel restrictions that could arise at any moment. Moreover, college students are coming from all over the country, including places where there have been confirmed cases of the Coronavirus, and the close proximity of so many students puts them at greater insecurity. Simply pointing to the fact that there are less cases in Mexico than the US just shows to me how little the company has fully considered the real and growing risk. My university sent out an email advising against international travel for spring break due to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, warning that students who travel internationally and who show signs of illness upon return must be quarantined. As a student, I simply cannot risk being quarantined and missing classes. Colleges throughout the country are sending out similar warnings. Despite the fact that JusCollege's client base is college students, they clearly have a flagrant disregard for the policies enacted by their clients' universities. I spoke to a JusCollege representative on the phone today who was completely unsympathetic and rude, further confirming JusCollege's corporate insensitivity and poor business ethics. Are these the people that you want to travel with in a foreign country? God forbid something happened to you abroad, would JusCollege even care? JusCollege is essentially asking their clients, the majority of which are college students of limited means, to risk their health and go against the numerous warnings from the US government, academic institutions, and concerned family members to attend their trip. Our son paid for his spring break trip to MX - he waited until 48 hours prior to the trip when he got the green light to go and that the festival was on. As he boarded his plane to go to San Diego to meet the shuttle, he got a text from his college friend not even the organization, telling him that JusCollege/SWAT had cancelled the trip. Even though they cancelled it they refused to give him a refund and we keep getting the run around about no decisions being made yet for 'partial refunds or credits' - Citing having to pay their vendors as the issue. He did not contract with their vendors, he contracted with them. Their vendors are their own problem. His bank is investigating this and will issue a refund pending results of the investigation. What a horrible company who takes advantage of kids who may not know any better. Where is the refund policy regarding JusCollege cancelling trips?
