Check-in was super smooth and easy, and once they give you your wristbands, you are set. The wristbands gave us access to some of the top dayclubs and nightclubs in Vegas every single day (sometimes even 2+ options in one day) and they included open bar with some of the top artists around the world. Everything was already planned out so we didn't have to plan a thing, but we also didn't have to stick to the itinerary if we wanted to do our own thing, which was nice. We stayed at The Strat, which was a convenient and solid hotel option. If an issue ever came up, I was able to reach someone from JusCollege right away. They were super responsive and immediately made sure everything was handled so my trip stayed on track. That kind of support made me feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, I felt safe the entire trip being surrounded by so many other college students who were all there for the same experience. The vibes were UNMATCHED. SO much fun, so much energy, and nonstop memories. If you're considering going, DO IT. I couldn't recommend it more. Travel by Monica arranged for us to have private guides to popular sites, which was fabulous. It most definitely was the highlight of the trip. Second, Travel by Monica arranged for us to have private transfers between locations. Four of Five of these trips were great; the drivers were very courteous and safe. However, one was not, and several times during this trip, we thought he was going to get us killed. However, our main issue with Travel by Monica was the Hotels they selected. Since this was for our anniversary, we expected that Travel by Monica would have reviewed these locations and chosen wisely. However, only two of the five locations were satisfactory; two fell below our expectations, being cramped and needing repairs. Finally, there was one that was a complete disappointment. I have closets in my home that are larger than the room Travel by Monica booked us into. It was unsafe, had visible electrical issues, and badly needed wallpaper, bathroom, and ceiling repairs. We considered changing to somewhere else, but we could not because all our transfers were prearranged at that location. Every time we raised an issue to Travel by Monica during the trip, they had an excuse or blamed us. This was not good customer service. Because of Travel by Monica's, poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and subpar thoroughness, I cannot recommend Travel by Monica to other travelers.

She planned all of our tours as well. We met with her and gave her our budget and our preferences and she made everything so seamless and exactly what we wanted. Not only did she go above and beyond with the planning process to make everything smooth and seamless, but when the software glitch that occurred in July 2024, grounded more than 2000 flights, and caused us to have multiple flight cancellations at the start of our trip, she was amazing and spent hours on the phone with us, and her supplier rearranging our hotel stays, transfers and tours multiple times to help us when our trip ended up getting shifted 2 days later. She was up early in the morning and late at night keeping us updated with flight changes and accommodation changes. It was a very stressful situation and without Shay, we would not have known what to do. She stepped in and helped us figure everything out so we were still able to have an amazing trip. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. She responds very quickly and adds extra touches, like checking us in for our flights, so we didn't have to worry about it while on vacation. She also provided us with access to an app that had our full travel itinerary including flights, accommodations, tours and reservations all organized into one place that made it so easy for us to find all the trip details quickly and easily.
