This company is super responsive. I was having a problem with roaches and was not successful treating them myself with traps from Hime Depot. I was really concerned about getting rid of them and was told treatment was a 2-step process and that emptying my cabinets for both treatments was necessary. They were so right. After the first treatment I started seeing dead bugs in random places and after a week or so - never saw any moreand wondered if the 2nd treat was necessary. Jen told me that due to the life cycle of the bugs that we should treat after 30 days to make sure to get rid of any babies. Sure enough- again after a few days I found dead baby bugs!! We had a wonderful experience with Justin and Jennifer at Barrett Pest Control. We called after a colony of carpenter ants moved in after we had our roof replaced. Justin and his brother came out, inspected the house/property, were able to spray inside and outside that day, taking care of our ant problem. They assured us the inside treatment would be safe for us and our small (4lb) dog, and gave us instructions not to let him outside for a couple hours after they sprayed. We followed his instructions, and did not have any problems. They also do a one month follow up treatment, to ensure your pest problem is solved. Excellent customer service, professional, thorough, hard working, family owned business! I also love that they donate a percentage of their proceeds to a different charity every few months. From start to finish working with BPC was a pleasure. I had a very difficult bee infestation in trees that I had contracted to be removed to make room for a new fence. The trees were covered in vines and the nests were 15-20 feet above the ground.
