If I could give zero stars I would. I was hesitant because some of the negative comments about how they don't show up, don't answer the phone, etc. Regardless I called to set up a proactive pest spray and woman was pleasant, although I had a weird feeling. She told me the price and then when she learned the square footage she said, "in that case we'll have to charge you xx price", implying a higher price. It was fine by me because the new price was exactly the same as what she initially said. She told me they would be in my area the following Friday, which seemed like a long time out, but ok. When I asked what time, she told me it depends on how things go and how busy they are. Not helpful, but then I told her I would not be available in the afternoon so I asked if I could request a morning appointment and she told me that shouldn't be a problem. Appointment scheduled. Fast forward a week and a half and when they hadn't shown by noon, I called to see if they were coming. No answer, so I left a message asking for a call back. An hour or so later....nothing, so I called again. No answer this time either so I left another message telling them to cancel this, and any future "service" because I was taking my business elsewhere, where they would be responsive. We have been using another local company for the last 10 years on our multiple properties. When we experienced a major rodent problem, in our walls in our personal home, they told us after two days of waiting for our appointment they were too busy to help us...no referral to another company, nothing. Not Reliable! We used Bug Hunters in the past and they were great. But not so much in 2022. Made and appointment, and no one showed up. Called, but it always goes to voicemail, or there's an option to leave an email, which I did. It took about five days for someone to respond, claiming that they DID in fact show up. Weird, because later that day, I got a call from the gal in the office saying that they didn't perform the service and wanted to schedule another time because "something came up". Ok great. We set another appointment. I received two text messages confirming the appt date and time. That day came, and we waited and waited. No show, no call. I called an left a msg about the two no shows, but guess what? STILL no return call. Thanks Bug Hunters. Making your customers forgo plans to wait for service that never happens and not even call to apologize, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Heads up Flathead Valley. read more

I had and still have yellowjackets. I called Bug Hunters in August 2020 after seeing a nest too high for me and one in a screened vent. The company sent a kid out, he sprayed around for 5 minutes and gave me a bill for $98. There were two more nests, one was in plain view, which he did nothing about. Days later I saw yellowjackets in my heat pump, in my irrigating controller, and another nest on the side of the house. I complained to the owner by email and heard nothing back. Now I have yellowjackets all over the place. He was a nice kid but obviously untrained and unable to deal with my problem. I don't recommend Bug Hunters. read more

Had an appointment scheduled for bug Hunters to come spray our house. They called the day before and left a message wanting to confirm the appointment. I called as soon as i got the message (3hrs after it was left) and was told that since i didn't confirm right away they gave the appointment to someone else and had to reschedule. On the day it was rescheduled for, i called to confirm they were coming out. They said yes. Scheduled time came and went, they didn't show up or even call. Not happy. They seem very unorganized and don't care how much of other people's time they waste. read more

These people suck you in with one price quote and then charge twice as much. At the time of the first spraying I was quoted that the follow up spray would be $45 then they billed me $85 with the only comment that " this is what we charge". Complete rip off company. Go any where else for honest reputable service! read more
