When I called I got Kent in the phone, I explained to him my situation and he told me he could squeeze me in for the day if I could get there. From the minute I showed up Kent was attentive worked with me to make sure what I wanted was perfect and had some sick ideas. This may seem normal to some people, but he was filling in a state 1 inch by 1 inch, and this dude was focused on this as if it was a brand new masterpiece (that's above and beyond in my book). Guy worked on this and absolutely made it a sick addition to my states, guy was full of great stories and just a funny dude. I couldn't recommend this shop or Kent more. Joey Gralewski has been working for Surefire for 11 years, he is personable and easygoing. His craftsmanship speaks for itself. Clean lines and solid colors.
