After an exhaustive search to try and get my state map filled in with the state of Indiana I managed to find this shop. When I called I got Kent in the phone, I explained to him my situation and he told me he could squeeze me in for the day if I could get there. From the minute I showed up Kent was attentive worked with me to make sure what I wanted was perfect and had some sick ideas. This may seem normal to some people, but he was filling in a state 1 inch by 1 inch, and this dude was focused on this as if it was a brand new masterpiece (that's above and beyond in my book). Guy worked on this and absolutely made it a sick addition to my states, guy was full of great stories and just a funny dude. I couldn't recommend this shop or Kent more. Talented folks, friendly personalities and dope shop. Was a tag-a-long and got a quick paw print. It was a very simple tattoo, but really appreciated the honesty and idea exchange. Recently I got a piercing done by Will and he was great. He was full of knowledge and helpful advice. I've had my navel done several times by a different piercer, and I can already tell this one is healing so much better. Don't buy a gift card from them. It will come with an expiration date and if your schedule doesn't allow you to get in there to use it within 7 months they won't honor it or even work with you when you call and ask for it to be extended by 2 weeks. Shame on them for operating like crooks. read more

I went to Blacklisted for a nostril piercing a week ago. I was very nervous to get the piercing because it's my first piercing other than ear piercings. Will pierced me, and he was PHENOMENAL. I would recommend anyone to go to Will to get pierced. He was super professional, answered every question I had and eased my nerves from the second I sat in his chair. I went in the store for the first time this week for a piercing by will. Right away I saw his professionalism and it made me feel more at ease. As you could imagine I was quite nervous and anxious, but Will was very kind and walked me through every single step he was doing. The process didn't take long at all and during the wait Will kindly made conversation and I saw pictures of his GORGEOUS son. He walked me through the care and the process of the piercing. At first I thought I was in over my head but he kept reassuring me that he wouldn't surprise me and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and we will get through this together! My first visit was just to drop off my image and meet the artist. I must have won the lottery! My artist is awesome! He was very talented and put me at ease. Once again, I had a large piece done on my arm yesterday. I came in to see Tony and had an image/ idea that I thought would be very challenging to any tattoo artist. Well Tony did a excellent job!!!! It is amazing. I will continue to have him tattoo me. As a note...all of the guys (Tony, Jake, Davey and Gordon) are all very good, talented and very easy to talk to. I have experienced other shops tattoo artists that come of less than friendly, and act as if they don't want to bothered with the design and discussion prior to getting the ink.
