Don't look no further. We drove 50 miles. Bryan is an amazing artist. Took my daughter Veronika there for her first tattoo. My youngest Sophie came along and had to watch the process. Upon arrival we discover the image was not exactly what she wanted. He worked on new art for almost a hour to make sure everything was perfect and she would approve. Bryan was bombarded with many questions. He gave them very informative answers. 2+ hrs in the chair all the giggling and outbursts from the pain. He handled it extremely well. Bryan was amazing! This was my 7th tat and right near my collar bone. Frankly I expected it to be one of my more painful tattoos. This was ... my best tattoo experience. Except for a small portion of the shading, I almost couldn't feel it at all. It was a small fairly simple piece, and yet he took the time to draw it out with an exactness I really didn't expect. We've been happy with our visits to the Tattoo Lady. We have gotten work done by both Russo and Bryan and have been happy with both. My family likes this shop and I am sure we will be back again real soon. They are professional and take cues from their customers, for instance my daughter doesn't like to talk much when she is getting her tattoo, so it is pretty peaceful. I literally woke up, called and spoke with Heather and she stated that if I were to come in early I would have a better chance of getting in and out. So I came in and I was greeted by Heather she was down to earth as well as the other artist. I was being a baby about a tattoo that I wanted and thought that if I went to the city they would have done a better job, nope they would have charged me double is all. So I had Vegas draw up my tattoo in 2 minutes, and he told me that it would take 60 minutes for my arm to get done. This wasn't some cheapy little ankle tattoo this was my arm and my picture was pretty big. So as we proceed and get started and I assumed it would hurt becuase it has been a long time since I had recieved some ink . But no it wasn't bad at all, and my focus turned to the lovely conversation of starting a Alanis Morissette Metal cover band. I thought this was hilarious and I wasn't even worried about getting in and out, didn't even matter at this point I actually enjoyed myself and Im a big fan of this place. Kelly is the best! I had a swan drawn for me by the Art teacher at my job. I brought it in to Kelly and she minimized and positioned it to my liking! She was very patient and understanding. She knows that this is a permanent piece of art work and was willing to make sure it was 100% to my satisfaction. She is also very gentle with the needle! DO NOT GET A TATTOO FROM DAVE. He is new and it is obvious. He does not listen to what you want or the designs you give him since he knows better and he is the "artist". He has an terrible attitude and very degrading. He did a free handed design on my hip but he did not show me what it looked like or what i thought until after he was done and it was nothing like the picture I showed him. He just did what he wanted to do and wanted it done as soon as possible. He overworked the tattoo and the lines are very messy. The shop is not welcoming or very clean. Go some where else. read more
