Justin was the service tech and I went with a quarterly plan to have them come out once every 3 months to spray inside and treat the lawn. I have two dogs and just kept them out of the house while it was being sprayed then off the lawn for several hours after. The quarterly treatments worked and I never had any bug problems! I had some strange bug bites and feared that I may have had bed bugs. After seeing the great reviews on Yelp, I contacted BUGCO to come do an inspection. BUGCO showed up early, inspected my apartment, and found no bed bugs - which I think is a testament of their honesty and integrity. Called out Bugco to spray our new home. Germaine Abrams showed up early and surveyed the home while discussing what options we had. He took care of a large wasp nest that we had and sprayed the perimeter of the house - inside and out. Germaine wore protective covers on his shoes, was very pleasant to talk to, and was very knowledgeable. He laid a few traps as a preventative measure and left. Gary was fantastic!! My appointment was at 2:30. Gary called me at around 1:00 to let me know he would be available a little earlier. It was great to not have to sit around waiting on someone. When he arrived he took the time to listen to my concerns and then we walked the house together. He explained the process in detail assuring me that my small dog would not be harmed by the treatment and that they don't soak the entire house with the pesticide. He took his time treating the entire house and the yard. I could not be more pleased with this service but especially with the incredible customer service Gary provided. We've been using BugCo for about a year now and they deserve all 5 stars! We moved into an unkempt older home, with lots of cracks and crevices for bugs to get inside. On their first visit, the tech spent extra time combing the house, suggesting fixes for areas that could let bugs in. Most recently, our tech Daniel has done a fantastic job. He goes above and beyond to treat the inside and outside of our home, sweeping all of the spider webs off our back porch, and using a mix of products to help get us complete protection. So, I'm sure that people aren't normally ECSTATIC about having to go through extermination services, but the fellas at Bugco TRULY make it a smooth process with their EXCEPTIONAL service. I originally contacted Bugco for a small bug problem that we were having in the kitchen. Daniel, who I affectionally refer to as "Dan The Man", because he is AWESOME, identified them as "Weevils" and they were harmless, but annoying. (Fun Fact: grains don't last forever in the cabinet, they turn into some EVIL!). Whilst Dan The Man was here, i casually showed him a picture of a bug I seen and didn't know what it was.....come to find out, we had bigger problems. MUCH bigger problems. *insert scary movie music* Daniel did a quick inspection and located the source. I had a panic attack, lol. But, no worries. Dan The Man, told me my options and what the next steps were. I was thinking BURN THE HOUSE TO THE GROUND, but Bugco had a much more feasible options for us. Fast forward to about a week later and it was the day of the service...annnnd, I GOT TO MEET THE WHOLE TEAM!! Daniel isn't the only awesome guy at Bugco, they ALL ARE!!! The manager was AWESOME!!! Awesome company, always have appointments open and they are very tech-savvy. They do everything on their iPads and keep good records of your past service.
