He's helped us with problems from rats, cockroach infestation, flies, and silver fish. Not only does he have a great sense of humor, but he is so honest. He tells you exactly what you need, not overcharging you or requiring extra add-on visits unless completely necessary. To further support Colby and this company's character, Colby came out this year within hours of me calling (despite the pouring rain) for a simple yearly spray. He did the service, noticing my loads of boxes used for my nonprofit. Instead of receiving payment, he had me donate to that good cause for the same amount he'd usually charge. Sent in a call back request on Sunday morning and got a call back Sunday afternoon. I was unable to pick up the call but called them back and reached their voicemail. It's was a Sunday so I completely understood that I would probably not get an answer and decided to sent them a text message as company's voicemail suggested. I got a call back Monday afternoon and they scheduled me in for Tuesday afternoon. Super quick turn around. I expected more of a wait. Colby was very polite over the phone and very accommodating. When we signed up the contract, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last up to 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for the first 3 months after spray, they did not have an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting. read more

Performed a WDI inspection in conjunction with our home inspection. Did a great job -- he could have glossed over the process, but took the time to explain some things about the home that could use some tweaking in terms of potential problems, gave advice on what to look for and how to prevent termites, and even gave the inspector a heads-up on something he saw in the attic (water heater). We plan on using him for pest control -- very laid back and personable guy, and taking a few minutes to talk with a potential customer goes a long way in earning new (and referral) business. read more

He just finished the spray and made sure to go over the process and what to expect. I currently have a contract for Bomar's services (treatment for termites) along with a one year warranty in case there are any termite manifestations. Unfortunately, I found holes in my wood floors and immediately called Bomar. After the fifth call, I got a call back and was told that no one would be able to come to my home for a week. Literally, two weeks have passed and I received no phone call. I finally make a few calls again and was told that Bomar would show up to my residence on a particular day--once again: not only were they a "no show" but I have yet to receive a courtesy call to at least try to reschedule appointment. My contract with Bomar has not been honored and the company has made no initiative to reach out to me to treat my home. read more
