Thank you BUGCO!!! I had a HORRIBLE Fly problem from a dead rodent trapped in my ceiling/wall and Bugco definitely came to the rescue! I had called two other pest control companies that same morning and they BOTH told me my only option was to WAIT it out.... Niether of them offered to come out to check the problem. WHAT?!?! Wait for the flies to leave?!?! NO that was not an option. And that is how I found BUGCO... I am so glad that I was referred to BUGCO by a co-worker. Not only did make the time to come out that same day within a couple of hours from the time I called but they also got rid of 50-60 flies for me! Chris was my technician and he was extremely friendly, very knowledge, and courteous. He sprayed the flies and left some traps for them and thank goodness, I came home later that day to DEAD FLIES!! We have never had a better experience for an extermination treatment! Germaine was our technician and he was extremely professional, super friendly and thorough. He removed all of the webs outside and checked the attic to ensure there were no breaches (to keep unwanted critters out). We scheduled this treatment in order to avoid the usual influx of insects now that the weather is warming up and we are confident that Germaine has saved us from our annual spider/ant invasions. Don't be leery of all the 5 star reviews; they are legit! We've been having an ant problem in and around the house and after weeks of trying to treat them ourselves, admitted defeat. So my husband looked up companies on Yelp to try to find a decent pest control company. He came across Bugco Pest Control and we can both honestly say they were fantastic. We had another service come out and treat. The tech from that other company, while polite, was not thorough about treating all windowsills (he only did a few), almost forgot to treat upstairs despite me asking him to, did not answer any of my questions, and did not treat all the areas I had questions about, telling me that they weren't necessary. Bugco, on the other hand, asked where we had seen pests, was thorough without us having to asking him to treat any area, identified what he found so we knew what bugs we were dealing with, and answered all questions! On top of it, he was a great conversationalist, had a sense of humor and was very polite. He also had several suggestions on where we could make some improvements to prevent pests from getting into the house. Very happy and will have BUGCO back again! read more

Our yard was infested with fire ants. We Called BUGCO and they did a treatment - I would say by the next day or two, 99% of ants were gone. We did notice there was a mound or two around the yard that was still active and called them back for another treatment. Cory, came back and completed a second inspection around the yard and through the house and used a stronger chemical agent outside to get rid of the ants. They are just awesome!!! Daniel my service person is always very thorough in answering my questions and explains reasoning behind how and why I am seeing certain bugs in my house. He is very detailed and even pointed out I should change out my misting system cap as I need to keep the system water free. No sale pressure. When I couldn't find a cap online he said he could help me order one and put it in for me. My previous mosquito service company (mosquito management company) was horrendous. They overcharge me on work never done properly and never answer calls. Bugco office always answers my calls and are efficient and courteous. I requested BUGCO services based on the stellar yelp reviews and Google reviews. I am not disappointed at all with the level of service Rachel provided. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all, not annoyed that I was walking behind her asking questions. Bonus, I mainly called for exterior treatment - tho I did interior as well - and the area of concern was a pillar on my porch. I noticed wasps crawling inside and nesting, but as soon as Rachel completed her spraying, a couple of wasps left the pillar and then my property as they did not like landing on the exterior of the home that was just sprayed. Job well done and highly recommended service! Will monitor and call for quarterly spraying if needed. read more

Wonderful experience with my technician Jason. He came at the very beginning of the time window I was given and was kind enough to wait on me a few minutes as I was making my way home from work. He did a thorough inspection of the problem area and took pictures and videos of what he found. He could have easily talked me into a number of different services and I would have bought it, as I was desperate for a solution. Instead, he was honest with me and let me know the best fix for the problem would be to hire a contractor. Not only did he give me great advice but he was able to set up something that solved my problem until I could get a contractor. Great great service! I am expecting mom and found those sneaky small roaches in my kitchen. My husband left for business trip so I freaked out and called them immediately, although the wait was long it was totally worth it! Herbert stated that he was in training, but I have a feeling that he'll be off on his own very soon. These guys are just terrific! We started with them August, 2014 with a terrible cockroach infestation. I had called several places and decided on Bugco Houston because it seemed that their customers were more than just a number. I was looking for someone who would take a personal interest in our situation until the infestation was under control. Indeed, they stayed with us step by step to get a handle on the situation. They did not just spray, go away and come back in 4 weeks. When we hit a plateau, instead of just spraying more often and with stronger chemicals, they helped us to determine that the water from the small roof leak was just enough to keep the population going. For a few weeks I had been hearing noises in my wall. I was freaking out, thought it was mice or rats, so I called bugco and left a message over the weekend. They returned my call first thing Monday morning and scheduled a technician to come out. I got the best technician CJ! He was on time and took time to answer every question I had as well as educate me on a few things. One thing I respect is honesty and integrity. Bugco is great. We used them for a rat exclusion in our attic over a year ago and haven't seen an critters since. They gave us the best rate we could find and were very friendly and professional. We've been using them ever since for regular extermination, and the only bugs we've found since have been dead. Our exterminator, Jermaine, is great!
