I tend to be very skeptical and critical due to past bad contractor situations, so this review means something...Anyway, Daniel was very thorough and patient when discussing our needs and the many services Bugco provides. Herbert stated that he was in training, but I have a feeling that he'll be off on his own very soon. He served in our military so no further explanation is necessary. ;) They were both very professional, very helpful, and very personable. Bugco is great. We used them for a rat exclusion in our attic over a year ago and haven't seen an critters since. They gave us the best rate we could find and were very friendly and professional. We've been using them ever since for regular extermination, and the only bugs we've found since have been dead. Our exterminator, Jermaine, is great! Super friendly and professional and very good with my crazy dogs. I especially like that we have the same exterminator every time, rather than new people coming through our house every 3 months. Thank you BUGCO!!! I had a HORRIBLE Fly problem from a dead rodent trapped in my ceiling/wall and Bugco definitely came to the rescue! I had called two other pest control companies that same morning and they BOTH told me my only option was to WAIT it out.... Niether of them offered to come out to check the problem. WHAT?!?! Wait for the flies to leave?!?! NO that was not an option. And that is how I found BUGCO... I am so glad that I was referred to BUGCO by a co-worker. Not only did make the time to come out that same day within a couple of hours from the time I called but they also got rid of 50-60 flies for me! Chris was my technician and he was extremely friendly, very knowledge, and courteous. He sprayed the flies and left some traps for them and thank goodness, I came home later that day to DEAD FLIES!! I had an extermination done when I first moved into my new house and sadly these German roaches just wouldn't disappear! With 4 kids, one of which is allergic to roaches I was on the hunt for a real extermination. Hopped onto Yelp to find a better pest control company and came across Bugco, best choice I ever made. I was given an appointment within the week, service is quick and customer service is excellent. I met Cody for the initial treatment and surprisingly it was pretty quick, and he is honestly one of the nicest guys ever. He gave me great advice, was really cool and chill, did an excellent job and didnt miss a single area. Within the first week or two almost 95% of the roaches were completely gone! I still had seen a few here and there, not many, so I called in for a follow up and was given another appointment at no cost within a few days. After the initial treatment Rachel came by for the follow up appointment and touched up the areas of concern. Rachel was amazing! Such a sweet and kind hearted person, treats you like a friend! She did an amazing job and I really couldn't be happier with the service. If you need pest control I strongly recommend bugco, you wont regret it. Prices are great! Service is excellent!
