I wish I could give this place zero stars. The lack of communication and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. An employee came out once for treatment and never returned, claiming I had insufficient funds. Before I could fix the issue, my mother was hospitalized and I had to step away for over a month to take care of her. When I finally paid the full balance and called to reschedule, I was given the runaround for three weeks straight. Every day I was told things like, "They're in a meeting, they'll call you back," or "They're in training, they'll get back to you," yet I never once received a return call. After all of that, I received an email saying they would only refund half of what I paid and refuse to provide the service altogether. UPDATE: I received a call from one of the owners and remedied the issue. They had used a different solution the second time they came out but not sure why. Just for reference, ask for the oil based solution that doesn't leave residue. It does have a citrus smell that goes away after an hour or so, which I don't mind at all. I really appreciated their attention to customer service after I had left my Yelp review so I had to update my original review. I reinstated my recurring service in hopes this was a one-time inconvenience and have high hopes that we'll be happy with their future services. We only used this service twice with the intention of keeping them on a recurring basis. The first time they came out, the owner was super pleasant and explained what he sprayed and packets he left in certain spots and why. The second time they came out, I received a text saying they were on their way. I waited 2 hours and I finally texted them. They stated they made a mistake when texting ahead and that they had already come out and serviced our home. Well, I wasn't aware that the second service was only for exterior unless requesting otherwise, which was fine (I must have not understood the services schedule). They offered to come back out to spray the inside of my home at no additional cost. So they came out once again, received a text 30 mins ahead of time and arrived promptly. This time it wasn't the owner but they were speedy and were on their way. Unfortunately, the spraying around my place left a heavy residue EVERYWHERE. I called their main number and mentioned the residue and asked what to do. The nice lady on the phone stated she would call me back after she asked the tech; she called back and left a message saying it was okay to wipe some of it off. I thought, no big deal. As I went through my townhome and wiped it off, I just kept thinking how much of a hassle it was. There was spray on my kid's playpen, chairs, doors, stairs, all baseboards, stove, dishwasher. I definitely did not have this issue the first time they came out. I decided to cancel future services since it created more work for me (light work) which I could have easily spent that time spraying my home myself so it kind of defeats the purpose to hire this service out. read more

I was given a time window for service. Two persons came on time - one was working outside around the house, another one inside. Explained everything, answered all questions, were done in 30 minutes or less. This was preventive treatment, I didn't have any pests. Will see how good their formula is, warranty covers time period between services. read more

Ever since we switched to this company we've been insect free! We had a pretty severe ant infestation in the middle of last year and with one visit they knocked it out completely. We have been doing quarterly sprays and haven't seen any insects since! I highly recommend this company, they are all super friendly too! read more

Horrible. I've asked them to come fix my cockroach and ant problem several times, and the very next day they are back. Whatever they do does NOT work. It is an absolute waste of money. We signed on with the mosquito service since we live by a bayou in Katy. Summers here are brutal. Within hours of putting out the pots, mosquitos were gone. It was too good to be true. We'd go for walks at night and once we left the perimeter of the yard, we'd get attacked by mosquitos but once with a few hundred yards of the mosquito pots, they were gone. We'll never not have this service again. Our rep Nick was always on time, professional and communicated about the service extremely well. Switched over from a chemical company about 4 months ago, which I had a lot of issues with (scheduling issues and sprays not lasting the full 8 weeks). Naturalcare provided a quick and reasonable quote and they show up when they say they will show up. They do a thorough job with no issues until the next scheduled spray. Natural products are a plus and doesn't stink like the chemical sprays do. I was surprised there wasn't much of a price difference when I switched from chemical- but natural is definitely better with kids and pets around. read more

I have used Naturalcare Pest Control for 2+ years now. I was searching for an effective alternative to conventional pest controls and the dangerous chemicals that are harmful to humans, especially to kids. My granddaughter and great granddaughter were living with me then. This service is wonderful. The essential oils are very effective. Bugs hate them. Excellent staff, excellent service and very quick to respond!

I really thought I'd love natural care, but the whole process turned out to be a disaster. The services never resolved the problem. As a matter of fact, it spread ants throughout my home. They came back for a 2nd time, still no resolve. After calling multiple times and attempting to cancel the subscription for a service that never worked, I was advised that I would be charged a cancellation fee or they could get more aggressive and use synthetic products. This of course defeated the purpose of going with natural products to begin with. Being pregnant I didn't want to go this route and was surprised at how the company handled the situation with their recommended products not working. read more
