INCREDIBLE SERVICE! I called BUGCO, they were very friendly and helpful. I had German roaches, very hard to kill. Mr. Daniel was professional, polite, and THOROUGH. He explained everything he was doing and everything he was using. He was very friendly, and he was careful with my pets. He dusted, he sprayed, he pulled out appliances, he got into hidden spaces I would never have thought about. He treated the whole house - FAR more thoroughly than another exterminator who had been here. Daniel not only explained what he was using, but I was impressed with his personal in-depth knowledge from research. I feel far more secure with what he put in my house, knowing how and why it will kill bugs but be safe for my pets and myself. He also offered very helpful advice for some other pest issues I have had. Daniel went well above and beyond what I expected. I had looked at another company, but BUGCO offers a 60-day guarantee on their treatment, rather than 30 days offered by others. They ask for a complete clear-out and cleaning of the kitchen before treating so that the treatment is most effective, and I am impressed with their work. I had already chosen to use them when I found that they were also less expensive than other companies. I feel I can truly trust the work they've done. I'm very glad I chose BUGCO to rid my home of the vermin that invaded, and I plan to use BUGCO not only for extermination but also my termite inspection and treatment. Awesome, kind, and straight honest. They sent a manager (Jeff Murrell), without even saying he was till the end. It was nice to have even the managers work just like their employees. Came early, and even waited till i came out to address him. Kindly went into business, and started telling me everything i needed to know. Answered every question without going to a rant of unnecessary detail. He was also very honest about the pricing and how other companies would of scammed me for things that would of resulted in no progress. Again, honesty that this city needs, honesty that Bugco has. "No need to cheat our customers when being honest and simple can get the business you need, city has enough people that needs service". I submitted an online request for service with Bugco and received a phone call for scheduling an appointment that same day. I was able to make an appointment within 3 days of calling as a new customer. I was initially impressed with the company's responsiveness and customer service. They get 10 stars for the ability to talk to a person instead of waiting on hold after pressing options 1-9 on the phone. The service: Justin and his assistant (i apologize, I'm terrible with names) surveyed our new home for our first time pest treatment with Bugco. They were very prompt and professional. They inspected our home for pest entry points while treating both the interior and exterior of our home, including our detached garage. I was so pleased with their services so signed up for a 1-year agreement for quarterly treatment. This is the 3rd quarterly treatment that the BUGCO team has been to my home and each time the person has been personable, genuine and took the time to listen to update any concerns before they provided treatment. John didn't make me feel rushed and he didn't sound like a drone stating an automatic rehearsed speech. I feel like they were neighbors rendering service to make my home more enjoyable for me and my family and they'd be around if there was anything came up. I have two indoor dogs and John was fine with them and was willing to work around them and the yardman who came 45 minutes before John arrived and was finishing up the backyard and he was willing to do it the way I was most comfortable and that meant doing the inside of my home then the outside, then the room that the dogs were in after doing the yard..he didn't blink an eye or hesitate he said, "no problem". Rachael Van Slyke is my superhero aka Exterminator. I had an influx of spiders and needed someone to come out immediately. I called Bugco and they checked to see if she could fit me in and within an hour she was there. She explained to me what chemical she was going to use, she suggested that I treat the yard and let me know of the sale they were running so I could get it at a discounted rate. Once she did everything she let me know about a few wasp nests that I had. She told me she took care of those as well. She educated me on the area and let me know that the spiders are house spiders and are not harmful. I appreciated her giving me peace of mind by squeezing me in at the last minute. I am thankful that I have her servicing my home and I feel at ease. Bugco also has great customer service. However, I do believe there is an issue with there phone line, but they do email as well. Woohoo! This really is as good as it gets! I'm writing a 2nd review for BUGCO. I wrote a good review for them after our first service and we just had our first maintenance treatment. Again, I am so pleased. It took some real effort to get our ant problem under control the first time around but they were so great about it and I'm happy to report no more ants! They sent a reminder email that it was time for service so I called and spoke with Cody. I called a couple times due to my scheduling needs changing but he is so pleasant every time! Germaine was the technician to perform the service again and, as cheesy as this sounds, it felt like he was a good friend coming by for a visit that just happened to be doing our pest control service too. I use Bugco to service several of my apartment buildings. Chris is the manager there and he has been able to solve problems that three other pest companies could not. He helped us establish a program for systematically dealing with bedbug issues which has been a nightmare for us. Another building had a German roach problem that other big name pest companies just sent their low level employees out who just mainly looked and never got the situation under control. Chris took care of it and for a very reasonable price. This company knows their stuff. I use them for my personal home now too. They put a mosquito misting system in this summer and now we have no problems enjoying our pool area at dusk and my home is also kept pest free. I had left a negative review the other day and was called right away from Darrell, the office manager, who worked with me to resolve my situation. I felt like he was open and honest with me and that I could be open and honest with him in order to come to a fair solution to my complaint. Trey and John came to my house today to spray again for roaches since unfortunately they were not knocked out the first time. Both of them were very thorough and professional. They also told me some things that would help keep bugs and rodents away as we live in a very old house in an old neighborhood. How do I begin to thank Germaine from BUGCO! He just left my daughter's apartment (she is currently recovering from brain surgery and can't walk) She is terrified of roaches! BUGCO has been taking care of our home for the past year with great success, so I called on them for her apartment. Germaine entered with a smile and spirit of true caring about her concerns! He went over every inch and treated it like she was the most important client. He even swept behind the refrigerator and stove when he treated behind them. Okay AFTER I totally jerked these guys around and after staying up all night working on a project, failed to answer the doorbell... And he stayed 30 MINUTES to see if, maybe I had just gone somewhere and was running late... I wouldn't have been surprised if they never came back. Instead, they promptly rescheduled me and two crack Monster Killers came and the only evidence of them being here is the absence of the previous spider invasion and the disappearance of ants in the front and back yard. Even the stray tree roach that would occasionally sneak attack (timed after every episode of American Horror Story, naturally) has been MIA. Daniel was on time, super friendly, and performed an extraordinary service for my home. This was my first experience with this Pest Control Company and I have to say I am impressed with BUGCO! I won't have to do any searching for other assistance, I feel safe and more than satisfied with this company. He knocked down multiple wasps nests and spider webbing around the home. He sprayed both the inside and outside. I can honestly say this man treated my home as if it were his own. He did not hesitate to get in the hard to reach areas either. Although I've never written a review, I went through the headache of trying to download the Yelp app just to tell all of Houston how awesome BUGCO Pest Control is!!!! After discovering several wasp were getting into our home through the attic, I called on Monday and was able to book an appointment for the following day. (Based on the other reviews, I specifically asked for Germaine) and I was not disappointed!!!! Germaine was on time, extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He quickly identified how the wasps were getting in, gave me his professional opinion and my options, NO HAGGLING, NO CONTRACTS and got busy spraying and setting bombs in the attic. Just moved to Houston and rented a house. After moving in I discovered that the previous tenants left small roaches. I checked the reviews on Yelp and found Bugco. My serviceman, Cliff, was very thorough. Did a great job! Was extremely informative about the small roach problem. Also had them get the weep holes on the outside of the house plugged to prevent rodents such as mice from entering since we are beginning to have colder weather. This company was very efficient. Staff was most friendly from the office personnel that scheduled the visit to the person that performed the service. They were great at working around my schedule to get here. These people are fantastic! I had a swarm in my house, termites, ugh. I read the reviews and called them. They came out the next day, on time and surveyed the situation. Then promptly came out two days later on time and started the treatment. Jeff Murrell, from BUGCO is possibly the nicest person you are likely to meet. Explained everything, treated everything. I don't think I've had a better service on anything I've had to do regarding my house. They are outstanding and reasonable. Chris was very friendly over the phone. He arrived at our home when he said he would and on time. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered every bizarre question we had and did not make us feel silly for asking. More importantly, he did not rush the appointment to rush off to another. In fact, he stayed to help us treat a roach problem he saw while investigating a possible termite problem. What impressed us most is that this guy could have told us that we needed to pay for unnecessary termite treatments, but he told us that we were in the clear. Daniel came to the house and listened to me explain the bug problems we are seeing. I could not differentiate between a German roach or a Filipino roach He was very professional and showed me pics of roaches on his phone. He sprayed entire house/outside and explained fully how the treatment is supposed to work. I felt quite assured he knew what he was doing and was keen to make sure we get rid of ants n roaches. He also suggested a couple of other remedies that he saw could be potential problems. I highly recommend Bugco. They are nice, family owned local company that offer a great service at a fair price.
