I really enjoyed the visit that I received from Germaine. He was very professional and friendly. I scheduled a treatment for my house and yard and he was unable to treat the yard due to rain, but he was great about scheduling a time to return. He was on time to both of the appointments and was very effective in completing his treatments in a timely manner. The treatment worked great for my house and I'm finding nothing except dead bugs. The yard treatment is taking a little bit longer to kill the spiders, but I was warned about that. All the other insect activity has been practically non existent though. read more

Exceeded my expectations again. Danielle scheduled me at a convenient time. Brooks showed up 5 minutes early and got straight to work. Unlike other pest control companies that pretend that a single "all purpose" chemical is enough to eliminate pests, Bugco uses several different chemicals around the house for a more thorough defense against pests, Brooks went above and beyond by cleaning the wasp/hornet nests on the exterior. I can see why these guys have such good reviews. Daniel came to our place today, and not only was he affable, but he was professional, and knowledgeable. We just moved into a new place, and took a lot of things out of storage so we used their service as a preventative measure, and I'm pretty confident after their first visit that we're not going to have any issues. We also had to reschedule on them twice. Once because of an issue with the landlord, and once because of the movers, and they were very understanding about it. This is a good outfit all around. I'll definitely be recommending them to the neighbors. I got a stripper that lives on one side of me so I hope they don't mind if she pays all in singles! They do have an auto-pay option for preventative maintenance though, which is convenient for a neurotic creepy-crawly-phobe such as myself. I called Chris out 2 weeks ago after trying 2 other exterminators earlier this year in my townhouse I moved into at the beginning of this year. I had a REAL fear of bugs and wouldn't u know I was fated to had a bug problem! Eeeek! The 2 other exterminators claimed 2 conflicting classification of bugs I had. Chris,in his very personable, laid back nature, came in and informed me of his background in extermination and assured me he was confident he would get to the bottom if it. I had an appt 2 days later. He came in and told me the other 2 exterminators were wrong and told me my real issue. It was one I was dreading, but he assured me it's not as bad as I thought. He mixed up his chemicals and sprayed inside and out and guaranteed his work. He said to give it a couple weeks, but if I see anything afterwards to give him a call within my 3 month guarantee! My results so far....NO BUGS!! Anxiety level...stable! I'm so happy to live in peace! This review covers my first interaction in Oct. And my follow up today. We recently moved and prior to moving I called to schedule a exterminator to come out and spray as a pervanative. The house is an older house. The prior owner has a roach and ant problem which we realized while refurbishing. My first experience was well somewhat disappointing. The exterminator sprayed which took less then 15 min, had me sign his ticket, and explained the warranty, then left. I was only told to wait two weeks before calling to schedule another visit. I held off the bad review. I decided - okay, I'll give them one more shot since I have 60 days to work with them. During the two weeks, we did see several dead roaches and ant problem gone. Yay! However, we kept seeing smaller roaches here and there. Frustrating! But, they did give 60 day warranty so I gave them a call. Expecting the same quick- wham bam thank you ma'am service. I asked my husband to be there so he can walk the guy around explain the issue and see if there is another route to a better solution. To both of our surprise Gary (without having to explain much) got straight to work. He took his time. As he did each step he explained why he was doing it and what we can do to prevent roaches from coming in. He walked us through the entire process. Add and sprayed in areas we didn't think would be places roaches would get into as pervanative measure. (Wow I didn't have to ask) Extrmially knowledgeable and impressive. He went through what to expect and how it takes time. His visit was closer to 30-45 min. I understand there is nothing instant I guess had the first guy been this knowledgeable I wouldn't have been that hesitant to call them a second time. Definitely keeping them now due to the second visit. 5 - stars from us. My recommendation ask for Gary. If he comes out. Then ur in good hands. read more

Daniel came by to do our quarterly treatment. He was on time, helpful, and very informative. On top of the usual treatment he also sprayed the entire rock aisle that I have on the side of my house to kill bugs before they could get in. I would definitely recommend that you get on the quarterly plan if you have are moving in to a new construction as preventing is easier than removing. I moved in a year ago and have not had any issues with roaches or any other bugs on the inside on my house except for dead ones in the garage which assures me that the treatment has been effective. After reading all the reviews on Yelp I was satisfied to give Bugco a call for services. I called twice, two days in a row and left voicemails with my information as requested, no response. Then sent an email the following day thinking maybe that would work better. I was emailed back for more information, which I responded to promptly, and have yet to hear back. They may be a great company if you can reach someone but I wouldn't know because no one answers the phone or calls you back and they aren't efficient at responding to emails either. Called another highly rated company got through immediately and have an appointment this Saturday. Would recommend Bugco work on their communication with potential customers. read more

Brooke came and serviced our home today. He was awesome. Our original guy had canceled and they were going to have to reschedule our appointment but Brooke added us to his route and came out to help us after he was already done with his day, and he came and helped us anyways, after hours! Almost overnight we had a bad flea issue develop. I made the mistake of letting my husband try a store bought remedy first. It killed them immediately but they came back two days later with a vengeance. I called Chris at Bugco and despite them being extremely busy, he got Germaine out to me the next day. We were in the process of painting a room and noticed signs of possible termite damage. We called and set up an appointment for inspection. Germaine showed up within a couple of days and performed a very detailed inspection. Unfortunately, he confirmed the presence of termites. He took the time to explain the entire process involved in getting rid of them and within a week everything was completed. I had a rat problem in the attic and called BUGCO. I called at 8:30am in the morning and a tech was at my house 2:30pm that afternoon. Germaine Abrams came out and he was great! He got the rat that was up in the attic and set up bait stations around the house to attract rodents away from the house. Yelp did not let me down this time. We had an ant problem so we gave Bugco a shot. They came out and sprayed plus laid some bait. They told us that ants sometimes require a follow-up treatment which would be complimentary. Sure enough, we still had a few ants a couple weeks later and they came back out for free for a second treatment. Even offered to come out once more if required.
