This Company is beyond superb. I had a problem with silverfish so I made my husband get a hold of them about a month ago. The following day they sent Josh to get rid of them and before BUGCO I had Orkin who weren't bad, but they just spray and go and refused to come inside unless I locked my dog who can be a bit opposing. Josh didn't mind at all as long as he wasn't around him spraying inside or outside. After Josh finished he told me every chemical that was used when it was okay for my dog to go outside even dusted around for spider webs our house which I didn't even know pest control companies do. He even offered to leave me these small squares for silverfish which I was afraid my dog would eat. 30 min later after he left I had a change of heart and wanted the silverfish squares and didn't need to even call and hit option one the option 3 I called Josh directly and he told me it was not a problem after his last stop he would drop them off, which he did. This is just impressive it's all the small things that this company does that just adds up not to mention when he cane back him and my dog became best friends and even gave me tips on how to teach him not to jump on everyone when they come inside which by the way Josh worked!!!!. Y'all are just absolutely amazing I've met both Charles and Josh. Our last tech josh was just an absolute darling. He was very thorough and even thorough these crazy times he was very respectful to my son. He's been in our home with no interaction and when josh came he followed everywhere with a million bug questions and josh even let him carry his mirror and showed him where to look for bugs. Eventually they led to talking about video games. Both these gentlemen are great. BUGCO keep sending people like this, people underestimate the feeling of comfortability of having a stranger in your home and being comfortable. Great price even better customer service. I really never post reviews and wanted to wait a a couple of weeks before writing one on bugco, but my mom had sort of a bug problem at her home. She called Bugco and their representative Josh came. He did warn me it might take a few weeks for everything to take effect. Boy was he right have not seen anything since he came. He was pretty thorough and I might have bombarded with questions but he seem to answer them all without hesitation . Not to mention after a rough week for me, he was very professional and hilarious definitely made my week being able to talk to him. I highly recommend this company and if I were you be sure to ask for Josh to be sent to your home. these guys talk to you like they actually care. read more

My apartment is old and has an issue with roaches around the summer time. The pest control my complex hires is a joke so I reached out to Bugco for some help (I am terrified of roaches so this is a very big issue for me). Rico came out and I was very impressed with the service. He was on time, thorough, and explained what to expect for the next week as they start dying off. He got literally every nook and cranny, and went as far as helping me out with setting up bait traps and ridding a dead roach I was too afraid to touch myself. I worked with 2 other bug companies before using Bugco. I tried for 2 years to get rid of my neighbor's bugs that came over when they remodeled their newly purchased home. The other companies came out up to every three weeks for months. The bugs persisted. When Bugco came out, the bugs decreased dramatically. By the second quarter visit, I was seeing less than 1 per week. As of my 3rd quarterly visit, I have seen absolutely NO bugs. None in 3 months. I just had my 4th quarterly visit and still no bugs. We had some bugs that we just could not get rid of showing up on our counters. We have their quarterly plan and once we called the next day we had an appointment to try and clear everything up. Christian was the wonderful employee who came out to greet us and take care of our issues. He went above and beyond what we expected and was friendly and helpful when it came to our questions and any options for areas we were not sure of in the house as well. Sam came out today and performed the service, gave me a couple tips on what I can do on my property to help with pest and critter control.
