    Really good car wash! You go in and wait in line like a drive-thru. The line was long and moved pretty quickly. Greeted by a nice worker and you have options to pick what car wash you would like. I picked and paid for the Special car wash. The worker was nice and wished me a good day! After, I started making my way through the car wash and many workers started scrubbing SamHunt down! From start to finish workers scrubbed him down! I came out of that car wash and SamHunt was clean and happy! Good service and car cleaning! Reccommended!

The wash is ok for being the cheapest choice. The vacuums are pretty strong and they provide hand towels at each station, although mine did not have any when we pulled in, but someone came to re-stock. This is conveniently located near me, you're in and out, and the staff keeps the area clean. I might consider a monthly membership when summer hits. Definitely a great deal.

I pulled into a stall and found no suction from the vacuums on either side, forcing me to move to another stall where I found better suction. This has been a recurring problem for years, and arriving first thing in the morning, I would expect everything to be in top working condition. Just like a restaurant prepares for the next day by cleaning dishes and mopping the floors, you'd think it would be standard daily maintenance to cleaning filters and treating the water. Overall, the experience continues to be disappointing. Despite rising rates, the quality of service does not improve, and issues like these have become typical rather than occasional.

I have a pass membership that I use sticker that is on the windshield of my car as soon as I enter the membership pass lane it beeps and lets me through to get my car wash. I was in and out and under 5 minutes. However due to it is 4th of July weekend there was a line behind me and in front of me but it did go by swiftly. Check them out and ask them for their membership prices and discounts and special offers that they promoting.

This is because I've grown accustomed to the Graphene membership that I have will not clean this areas even in the slightest. (And today, it also only completed my tier 4 wash as an "Epic", which is tier 2, just above Express.) Therefore I am well accustomed to what my Lightning looked like beforehand. Getting our vehicles prepped post surf-thru wash for a photo op introduced two deep metal gashes on the top of my Lightning that were definitely not there before. Summarily, I am removing my subscription. And I highly advise you all to do as well, if your car isn't considered a rust-bucket.

    Good and quality service for a fair price. I had my car detailed interiorly. My car was giving off…read morean off smell and had baking soda stains all over. I cleaned my car with an upholstery cleaner and I usually spray it with a lysol disinfectant but then the car's off smell got worse so I had baking soda placed all over but the stain from the baking soda won't go even after vacuuming and the smell was still there. Gunner was accommodating to me in chat and in person. He was nice enough to explain to me what he is going to do with the car (especially when it is my first time to get my car detailed). I appreciate him letting me know the available times as well and when to expect the work to be done. I am satisfied with the result. I do not smell the smell my car was giving off and my car looks absolutely clean. He also wiped down my car's exterior to make it look extra clean. Thank so much, Gunner!

To preface, we reached out to several other businesses prior to settling on executive auto. We originally wanted to support some of the newer, upcoming detail shops. However, we were disappointed with their lack of communication and follow through. Cue Gunner - with immediate responses through yelp, a handshake when you drop off your car, and a thorough walk-through, explaining everything that will be done, no wonder they have 4.8 stars. They gave us a range in what the auto detail cost would be. We had significant pet hair like we owned a traveling zoo and hard water stains from the sprinklers. We dropped the car off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 3:00 PM. When we picked it up, we were immediately greeted again by Gunner, who walked the car with us once again. The water stains were gone, and apparently it took an army to get them off lol. 100% happy and satisfied. The car looks brand new! I didn't think we could ever say that because of the state that it was in. Will be scheduling at least once a year.

On a Monday morning in April I rolled in for a car wash because of all the bug splatters on my Subaru from numerous trips to the Bay Area that takes me across the Valley on Hwy 152, big ag country. Lots of dirt, too. I had noticed that the liner of the back space was pretty grimy and wondered if Red Carpet had a way to clean it so I asked the young man, Bobby, who was signing me in for service. He asked a few questions about what I meant so I got out and showed him the liner. He gave me two choices--they could wipe it down for no cost, or for $2.50 it could be pressure washed. I asked him about how much time it would take and he assured me that it's quick, and that there was only about a 20 minute wait at that time due to no line. He was very conscientious about my time. I chose the pressure wash. It turned out very well and I was on my way very quickly. Good service. Quick work. Paying attention to customer concerns. This is the old Red Carpet. When I took possession of the my car, the young man doing the detailing was very polite and pointed out that I could return with the receipt card and get a $1 off the next service. "Oh, yes, I know, I've been doing this for about 50 years." He laughed, "Oh you're part of the OG." Yes, yes I am.

When I went inside to check in, the employee at the register didn't acknowledge me because she was handing out paychecks to coworkers. I stepped aside and waited, then approached again. When she finally helped me, she simply told me to get in the regular line. After waiting in that line for about 30 minutes, the attendant finally got to my car around 8:45. I explained that I had an 8:30 appointment, and he then told me I was actually supposed to be in a different area. By the time I drove over there, it was completely full. Another employee informed me I was about fourth in line and that it would be another hour to an hour and a half before they could even begin my appointment. I had already driven an hour to arrive on time. Since the Gold Package itself takes 4-5 hours, I simply couldn't justify waiting another hour and a half before they even started. I ended up leaving and going to the Shaw location instead. My biggest disappointment wasn't the wait itself--it was that no one seemed to know the check-in process for scheduled appointments, and there was no effort to direct me correctly from the beginning. Having an appointment didn't seem to mean anything. I sincerely hope I won't be charged the $20 no-show fee since I was there on time and left only after being told it would be another 60-90 minutes before my vehicle could even be checked in. I do want to end on a positive note. I've always had excellent experiences at the Shaw location. The staff there have consistently been friendly, organized, and kind, which is why I continue to support Red Carpet Car Wash. I hope the Blackstone location can improve its appointment process to match the level of service I've come to expect from the Shaw team.
