It's ok to pay for a job well done My big SUV is 55$ to clean outside and inside. I'm really more interested in the inside as the outside will be dirty again in a day. windows spotless ( inside and out ) All carpets clean All mats washed and replaced All interior surfaces wiped clean All 3 rows of seats clean All vents cleaned of dust All door jams cleaned, tailgate too! You will have to wait 45 minutes or so but why would you want this done quickly? Those other guys will do it cheaper, but they don't seem to give a rip. read more

This is a carwash I will never take my vehicle to again. I have a 2007 Red Mustang that is in Mint condition. I just wanted a wash and a cleaning of the interior. I typically wash my own car but was very busy. SO I stopped in. I had used them before and they did a pretty good job. Not the case this time. 1. Spilled my cup of water all over some paperwork I had on a clipboard. 2. I had 4 car wash towels they were taken. 3. Look like my car had lint all over it. Terrible job and will never use them again and will tell anyone else to take the time and go over to McKinley if they want a decent hand car wash. read more

Terrible service, I drive a 2020 Orange Mustang and the older guy at register decided to charge me extra because of my "wheels". Supposedly they take longer to clean but they are stock oem wheels. All I have to say is WOW, my car was as dirty when I left as it was when I got there. The area above my tires are black and I rubbed my hand over them and my hand was black, same as the back window. My car is only 3 months old so I always check my car for scratches, dents or dings before I leave my house. Well Rodeo car wash gave me a nice 1 inch scratch. The owner wasn't happy when I told him is wasn't there when I arrived, he was very rude the way he talked to me like I was his wife or something. I told him not to talk to me like that, as I was walking away he continued to talk to me in a condescending manner. Do yourself a favor and wash your car at home, it's cheaper and you would a better job. read more

I've used them before and during the pandemic and the result is the same. If you are lucky enough to get your car in they will do great work. But if not you'll get the run around. Last three times I've tried to get in they have given me the same song and dance so I'm done with them. I pull up and they tell me they are closed for an hour. Playing catch up or your giving your workers a lunch break I get it. But when I com back don't tell me 30 more minutes. This last time I waited 1.5 hours to return and they tell me 30 more minutes. I get it. You're a small business. But don't lie about times. Multiple times. Figure out a better plan and stick to it. Cut to the chase: roll the dice and you will get a good service. I had my car washed here a few days ago. I typically wash it myself at a" do it yourself" place. My car was caked in dirt from a few months without washing it. Needless to say, I didn't feel up to washing that much dirt off myself. I was quite happy to pay $20 for a hand car wash. I didn't expect it to look great since it was very dirty when I got there. I paid for a basic, just the outside wash. I've taken my car in to Red Carpet car wash a couple times and I was not satisfied with their service. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean my car was before leaving. They did an amazing job washing my dirty car. It still looks shiny today. I was in and out of there in about 20 min and the staff very friendly. They even offer free cold waters while you're waiting. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend! read more

Did not like the job on my car wash. My vehicle is white in color and all dirt spots can be spotted. At the end of the car wash I did the normal walk around and noticed many dirt spots on the vehicle and decided not to be a KAREN and complain. So I just bit my tongue and got in my vehicle and left. Another thing I disliked was that at arrival I was told the price of the wash was going to be $14 dollars for exterior only to be charged $20 at the end for a poor job of a wash.
