This is my first time coming to this location per recommendation of a friend. I normally frequent the willow location so I know how the car wash normally goes. This service was not particularly good I will not be coming back. I paid for their ceramic Car Wash and after the wash was completed there were still bugs and fragments on my car. They seem to be a bit understaffed and when it came to the drying area there were no vacuums available for my car which sort of defeats the purpose of coming to a car wash. read more

I've always preferred handwashing my vehicles and for the price, especially on days that they're running specials, this is quite a deal. Not sure what kind of soap they use, but it seemed as though it provided a better shine and resilient surface. That was particularly noticed after a rain. The water beaded up as it never had before. They seemed to be understaffed on the day I had my car washed, but it didn't deter from the quality of the work. read more

Our team of drivers uses this place out of shear convenience for proximity, not quality. When they introduced their Ceramic top of the line hand wash at $24.99, we thought it would do fine to remove the bugs from our brand new out-of-town car. Unbeknownst to us, their "cleaning" process and time to completion forces them to omit quality from their hand washing process. Right out of the wash, we noticed some bugs still on the bumper and windshield, which we didn't mind cleaning at home. But when we got home, we saw the "ceramic" coat (that must have been sprayed from the front, rearward,) start to rear it's damaging little head. I immediately went into damage control and re-cleaned the car, buffing every surface as to try and ensure that they didn't, in fact, damage the brand new paint. We were able to get it off and learned a lesson. We will no longer consider these low end, high priced hand car washes. Like Thanos, I'll do it myself (and still miraculously save time!) Truly made 2020 that much better!! The line wrapped down Ingram and down Alluvial. It starts at 6:30 and before you even enter the parking lot, there are characters walking around. The whole carwash is about 2-3 minutes. Super fun and completely worth the $9.99! Make sure you tip these guys at the end. Even if you can only spare a few bucks. Nothing the kids can't handle, IMO. I was in town and was in desperate need of a car wash. I did a quick Yelp search and ran across this business - decided to give them a try since most of the reviews seemed decent. It's located adjacent to a gas station (I think Valero) and they have specials every day of the week. Mon, W, F it's $14.99 for the Ultimate car wash. You start off as if you're going to go through the auto car wash but instead of the big sponges it's actual people washing your car as you go through the different stations which I thought was very unique. At the end, there's people to dry off your car and then they offer free vacuums once you exit the car wash. All in all, great value for the price paid. I'd definitely return if in area again. read more

Conveniently located by a gas station, usually not too crowded, and great prices for hand wash. It's not perfect, and sometimes I'll see some residual streaks of bird droppings at the top, but it's good for the price. Plenty of vacuums at the end where you can get to the car from different angles. read more

They were supposed to close at 7. When I got there at 645, the "crew" was standing around on their phones ad refused to wait on me, not caring at all about the inconvenience they caused me. I guess it was worth the $10, but no more. Nice concept of staying in your car like a regular drive through one, except it is hand washed. There lies the problem, hand washing. I have a SUV and you really need a brush to clean the bugs off the windshield, soft cloth doesn't cut it. When I got home, then I saw all the missed spots on the sides. Careless, I think the staff drying the cars should have seen it and either rewatched it or used a quick touch up. Hard to give them a recommendation, but they got the big dirt off. read more

The staff and crew are always friendly. The truck always comes out super clean never had an issue. I like that they are a hand wash place unlike the other drive throughs in town. It really cuts down the swirl marks and preserves the wax and paint. Especially since I have a dark colored vehicle this is important. Come check them out I would recommend them to both my family and friends in the area. read more

Traveling from Los Angeles to Fresno is a pretty good way to get your car pelted with dead bugs, all over the windshield and grill and front end. Went first thing in the morning and got through quick. The girl attendant was very polite and they did a good job wiping down the car before it went through the wash. Took my car in to crews magic for the first time after the rain and purchased the 25$ ceramic option. Never again. My car was half washed with multiple spots untouched. $25 to wash half a car? No thanks. Should've just washed it myself, couldve gotten a gallon of wash detergent and kit for that price. read more

Below average wash quality. Bottom Half of my car still had visible dust marks settled after machine spray and hand scrubbing. I asked for a second wash and after a long wait, they sent a couple of school boys who hand scrubbed on the dirt with a towel. Absolutely no care for micro scratch. Went in for a quick car wash, and found this one just down the street from dental office I take my kids to. It was decorated for Halloween and had signs up about it being a haunted car wash during Halloween holiday. I'm going to have to come back this weekend before it's over. All of the staff seems very friendly and they did a good job washing my suv, super fast too so that's a plus for this momma on the go! Oh and they also have a free vacuuming station after your car wash so another plus there! read more

Location: Shaw & Brawley 4020 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93722 So, I went to get my car washed at this location 4/21/2023. When I pulled up there was a sign that said no receipts. I asked the attendant at the start of the machine for their Ultimate special for today they were having. I also requested for a Monthly sign-up form and also stated I did not want to purchase it yet and just wanted the sign-up form. Attendant ask which one I was interested in so I told her I might get the Ultimate Monthly. Attendant came back with a partly filled out form on a clipboard. I informed her again I did not want to fill it out at the moment and only wanted a copy of the sign-up form. So now I am inside the start of the machine repeating myself that I did not want to fill it out yet that I only wanted a copy. So, then they decided to turn off the machine with me now being locked in place at the start and begin to question me why I needed a copy. This goes on for a little bit with the manager now speaking to me saying they will not be giving me the barcode for the car until I filled out the form. I told the manager fine keep it I did not request for it anyways. So they turn the machine back on and begin washing my car. I noticed for the Ultimate I now paid for I was not getting because I notice the soap was plain white when the Ultimate have a much more mixed soaps like a rainbow. Also, while I'm going through the machine the employee are bad mouthing me while they are cleaning my car. I get to the end of the machine and pull over to the section they clean the tires. I decide to check my bank account since I didn't get a receipt. I'm glad I did because I found out they already charged me for the Ultimate Monthly and not the Ultimate Special I originally wanted. I requested to speak to the manager for a refund because I did not want the Monthly. He proceeded to inform me that he can't offer me one and that I would have to go to the website and request one on their contact us section. Will give it a couple of days before I file a complaint with authorities for failure to at least give me a receipt as proof of purchase so I can request for a refund. Unprofessional, Disrespectful, a terrible experience. Manger was at least calm able to speak to him like a normal person. Also going to dispute it with my bank if they don't give me a refund. read more

Horrendous customer service. After the hand car wash, the vehicle was dried by hand by 2 employees of Crews Magic, and then I drove my car to the self-service vacuum area. When I inspected my car, I noticed a moderate amount of very visible yellow substance that remained just above the bumper that was missed by both the car washers and the driers. When I very kindly asked an employee who had dried the car if he can wipe it off, he responded, "That's way down there. I'm not gonna look that low." I, then asked, "So, can it be wiped off now that you know about it?," to which he responded, "You can wipe it off yourself," and handed me the towel. I was taken aback and could see that there were few cars in the queue. Why did he speak to me that way? His language and aggression were completely uncalled for. I, then, cleaned off the bumper with a few easy swipes. When I handed the towel back to the very rude employee, I calmly said, "I want you to know that I'm very disappointed how you spoke to me earlier and might never return to this business because of it." He responded, "I don't care. There's plenty of people who come here." I simply couldn't believe this guy's attitude. He made absolutely no effort to apologize or make the situation less offensive. I later spoke to the lead guy about what had happened. He said he would communicate the complaint to the manager when he returned from vacation. I was in search of a hand car wash that was relatively affordable considering I have a black vehicle that constantly needs cleaning. They have a great team working who details cars nicely but the vacuums lack suction which results in harder work. I signed up for a one month membership and received one month for one free. I canceled well before the end of the month to avoid being charged, but unfortunately I was still charged. I called twice to speak to a manager about refunding my card, but was told both days the manager was busy or unavailable, but when he had a moment to call me back, he was super helpful, patient, professional, and resolved the issue. read more

Garbage waste of money. Vacuums don't work well, the hand washers are lazy and don't scrub. My truck is filthy still with bugs all over it. They didn't get the back windows at all. I will never go here again. read more
