This morning my long-time tenants let me know that an exterior bird nest infestation in the eaves had finally become too much for them and the structural integrity of the roofline. Travis was amazing. They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes. We saw MORE mosquitoes this past summer and MORE indoor pests than ever before. It's like they get our spiders steroids. I called to cancel, was told I needed one more treatment to avoid the fee. Got that treatment, called to cancel and was told I still need one more! We had already switched back to Scat because I was tired of seeing Harry Potter working spiders in our house so there is no way I'm paying for another treatment that doesn't work OR a disconnect fee. I've been on the phone with them for hours, talked to multiple people, had "resolutions" a few times and am still dealing with it. Save yourself the headache and money and just use someone else.
