Would 1000% recommend Bat and Wildlife Solutions. We had them out to look at our attic after one company said a full attic restoration and another say bat extinction. Ash confirmed that there was minimal bat droppings, no active bats and therefore did not need either service. He actually went on the roof to assess and found no entry points. He left without any business due to his honesty which was very much appreciated after hearing various stories from other larger companies with thousand of dollar quotes. They do not try to sell you services that you do not need. We've had neighbors who used other companies and there seems to be a lot of untruthful selling that the other companies engaged in. We heard scratching in the attic in a couple if spots in the house and Ant found the entryways very quickly and remedied them with one-way doors to rid us of squirrels, etc. Ant's pricing is very competitive and he is willing to return as many times as it takes to rid the house of furry friends. read more

The ONLY company that answered my call at 3 in the morning. They came out within 40 minutes!! I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom only to find a bat flying around in the bathroom, then another one in the living room. I was shaking I was so freaked the heck out, and started working my way through Google until someone answered. I called probably eight or so places (all of which advertised 24 hour service...) before I got to Bat and Wildlife Solutions. They didn't answer either, but called back within 5 minutes of hearing my voicemail. (I literally NEVER heard back from a single other company either, even the next day!) Ashley came out ASAP in the middle of the night. He caught the bat in the bathroom but we weren't able to find the other one :( He came back out the following day to seal up the house so this wouldn't happen again, and charged $400 less than what Creature Control quoted us. Unfortunately, my house is so old that a week later I discovered two bats flying around my basement- they still managed to find a way in. Ashley came back out the next day and went over the house with a fine tooth comb. He discovered a few other tiny holes and filled those in as well. After the first time out, everything else is included in that original cost- it's nice to have that guarantee that eventually everything will be sealed up. Since this was my first bat in the house experience, I was a little freaked out. When I called and spoke with Ash, he was so kind and patient with all my questions and not once made me feel like I was overreacting. I recently had an estimate from Bat and Wildlife Solutions. I thought I heard a scratching sound from the attic, and saw what I thought might be bat guano on the roof. Ashley came out that day, and inspected the attic from two locations as well as all around the house. If you have any pest issues, you need to give Ashley a call! We had a bat in our home last week, and we gave two companies a call for help. The first company quoted us at over $1500 to bat-proof the house, and spent very little time at our home, and never came inside. The next day, Ashley came over. He spent a good amount of time inspecting the outside and inside of our home. He took the time to show me any potential bat entry points. Ash was really nice on the phone and really nice in person. Inspected our roof and attic and gave recommendations for roofing work we will have done-how to make sure bats stay out of the house. He didn't find bats; and he didn't try to sell us any unnecessary work. He wasn't sure if our steep tiled roof would be something they could work on if it was needed so you should ask about your roof if you think it's too steep or made of tile. Last week I came home to find what I thought to be a bat in our attic. My wife had been hearing the noise all afternoon and by the time I got home (roughly 7 pm) she wanted it OUT. Being from Rochester Hills I called the local critter catchers and was astounded at the quote just for the inspection, not to mention the removal. Within minutes the animal was caught and secured in a live trap. The gentlemen even took the time to instruct on how these animals get into the attic and the ways in which you can prevent further infestations.
