The front desk says Shay will be doing your appointment. Can't be late due it was busy. Shay was Spectacular upbeat fun loving. As you sit in your getting a blow dry. Before starting, I clearly explained to Chris that with my hair texture, blow drying alone would not be sufficient and that a flat iron was necessary. Despite this, he disregarded my concern and only blow dried my hair. On top of that, he left midway through the appointment to get something to eat, which was very unprofessional. Thankfully, Sam stepped in to help. She straightened my roots and curled my hair, and she did a great job fixing what she could. However, since the rest of my hair was never properly flat ironed, it became curly and frizzy again shortly after I arrived at my event. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Long story short, Marissa reached out to me, saying the manager keilani will reach out to me and make it right, never heard from anyone and when I attempted to reach out crickets.

They said they could have me in for a consultation same day and after the consultation we made an appointment for me to do my hair with Krista. Oh my goodness. Any anxiety I had went away immediately when I walked to the shop and Krista waved hi to me. Honestly one of the warmest sweetest people I've had the pleasure of meeting AND she is a master of hair magic. She communicated with me throughout, made sure I was happy and comfortable, and let me know what was happening while she was doing my hair. Y'all, I am beyond amazed and impressed with how everything turned out. I have really thick unruly curly hair in my opinion and she tamed it and styled it and I already know even after I wash my hair and do my natural curls, it's going to look amazing. She checked in with me to make sure that the color was what I wanted and when the first time wasn't as vibrant as I wanted she helped me adjust until I was satisfied. Honestly this was the greatest experience I've had this year, if not my whole life with hair. My coworker recommended this salon so I wanted to try it out. Fiona helped me right away and I love it! She was very nice and easy to talk to. The best part was the consultation. She was so attentive and professional and really tried to find the best solution for me, so I felt like she could really take care of me. She managed to get my hair lighter, even without bleach, which I thought I had to resort to, so she saved me the damage which I'm grateful for. What we ended up doing was an ombre, when i wanted an all over color, which made sense because my previous dye made it hard to lift color on the ends and it was easier to dye the top because i avoided my roots. I left the salon with a nice brown color, a great haircut and a hot oil treatment, all for a very good price! Definitely recommend and will be coming back again.
