I wasn't super excited about this procedure but just wanted to get it over with. Dr. Eaton's office looks like a rustic hunting lodge. Dr. Bluth decided I needed a root canal on tooth # 4 instead. $3,500+ later, the original tooth (tooth#2, the one that actually needed treatment), is causing massive issues. He did a root canal in the wrong, healthy tooth. This is backed by my referrals from my dentist. I'm in so much pain that I have almost gone to the ED on several occasions. (My dentist was kind enough to talk to me on his weekend and call in an antibiotic). Rocky Mountain isn't admitting fault (of course). The ladies running the show are extremely unprofessional and rude. Ella hung up on me. How's that for someone running your business? She said "I'm not welcome at any of their clinics". They cancelled an emergency appointment while I'm in so much pain. EDIT* the tooth that needed a root canal is now infected. I am on narcotics and an antibiotic. Steer clear and go ANYWHERE but here. I will be reporting Dr.Bluth to the Dental Association, the Idaho State Dental Board, and the American Association of Endodontics.

The appointment had to get rebooked and by the time we were able to get back - my wife was told that now the tooth needs to be extracted. All that money, hassle with insurance and trips for what - only to have the tooth to be extracted back through our primary dentist. He was very efficient, very friendly, and let me know what was going to happen next during my cavity procedure.
