Suddenly I go here and this dentist says I have 7 cavities/fillings that needed "fixed" or redone. I trusted him and did them all. It took almost a year for most of them to stop hurting or being very sensitive when chewing etc. After reading these reviews it seems this guy just wants to get paid and doesn't actually care about your teeth or what you actually NEED. Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000. So, although I love them personally, I will not be going back and nor do I recommend them to anyone that is not full of money and in no hurry.

As a result my employer is frustrated, I am frustrated, and the person on the other end of the phone is completely oblivious to the fact that not everyone has unlimited time off.
