If I want they can fix it but it costs $2950 but to remove it costs $380 they gave me a 3 point calculation. 1 extraction, erupted tooth requiring removal of bone and/or sectioning of tooth, and including elevation of mucoperiosteal flap if indicated. = $380 2 bone replacement graft for ridge preservation - per site. $547 3. guided tissue regeneration, edentulous area - resorbable barrier, per site = $270. After that I was in a lot of pain for another week. And I chose only number 1 to remove it. meaning to pay only $380. I don't need the 2 points. Because it costs me a lot. I was in pain for another week, I called them to come and have it removed and they told me to go to another clinic, they didn't want to remove it. They said I had an infection, what they were doing was not right. They manipulate people's minds to get money out of people. But if the person has nowhere to pay and decides on the cheapest option, they don't do anything.

Last week, I bit down on something and cracked about a quarter of one of my lower molars. Luckily, no nerve endings were exposed, so there wasn't any pain or discomfort. The next day, they worked me in to evaluate the extent of the damage and let me know my options. I expected they would X-ray the tooth and then schedule me for a second appointment to repair the damage. Instead, they said they could rebuild the tooth right then, using resin to fill in the gap. They also replaced my old 1970s-era amalgam filling, also covering the tooth with more resin. Even with the shot of Novocaine and having to wait 15 or 20 minute for it to take effect, the entire procedure took less than an hour. Dr. David Seegmiller and his staff do a great job.

I visited this office earlier this year to have a gum issue checked out. It was swollen and they…read morewere able to squeeze me in quickly. When I got there they did all the X-rays, poked the gum, and then the resulting dentist came in and looked at my mouth for less than 10 seconds. He declared that we should remove the tooth, and then declared I had 3 cavities as well. They did not tell me to do a salt wash and see if the gum irritation cleared up, nor did they say to take any medication. In my shock, I scheduled a follow up to remove the tooth and fill in my new cavities. Then I got home and did some research. I did a salt wash for two days and the swollen gum went down to normal. Then I booked a secondary opinion appt at another dentist. Once again did the whole X-ray and other checks. Not a single cavity, nor did they think the tooth should be removed. Horizon is unprofessional and took advantage of an urgent situation. I cancelled all appts and moved onto another dentist. I highly recommend you consider before moving forward on anything with them.

I've been waiting to write this review for more than a year. Make sure to stay to the end…read more To say my mouth was a dumpster fire of dental disaster would be an understatement. I had crowding, multiple root canals, a crooked front tooth, and severe and advanced periodontal disease. I have had traumatic dentist visits since I was a teenager with headgear in the mid-80s. I didn't care about my teeth, and it showed. My wife had dental work done in Mexico, by the way, it was outstanding, and I was thinking about doing it there as well, but decided to see if Dr. Stephenson and his team would be doing something with me. I met with Brittanie, Sarina, and Dr. Stephenson, and they proposed a plan in which all of my teeth would be systematically removed, and I would have upper and lower dentures. While I had my wife's insurance, I was able to pay for each extraction every couple of weeks. While all of this sounded good on paper, my fear was off the charts. I have severe PTSD from sitting in the chair. I feel completely helpless and vulnerable. Not being able to see what the team is doing is horrifying for me. This is where this team excels. I openly cried like a baby, talking about my fear and trauma, and I was accepted and not ridiculed like in other offices. They understood, and they empathized with my situation. They vowed to take each step slowly and cause as little pain as possible. Brittanie and Dr. Stephenson were beside me each visit and metaphorically holding my hand. They were so gentle and kind to me. I cried often when thanking them They prescribed meds for me to take one hour before the extraction, and they worked extremely well. Obviously, I needed a driver, but I was home in my bed with gauze and a towel. I had a little break over the holidays, and between my work travel and everything else, I was scheduled for my last extraction on April 16th, almost one month ago. That fateful day, the team worked their magic and pulled the last six remaining teeth. I had the next day off and the weekend to recover. The following week was long. I am a foodie and a sandwich lover. A confessed Carb Monster. Not being able to chew was hard- more like a boss level from Dante's Awakening circa 2005. I ate refried beans, guacamole, apple sauce, soup, pasta, rice, and anything that I could essentially swallow. I was so looking forward to getting fitted with my new dentures, but I was still too swollen and in pain. The Team at Prevention helped with new meds and was texting me multiple times during the day. I went back the next week and was able to get my dentures. They fit like a glove, and I look like a million dollars. I just had one done by Dr. Stephenson, and it was the most painless I've had. Not only that, he made sure that I was comfortable the whole time, made me feel welcome to ask for anything I needed, and made sure I had his emergency phone number in case I had any problems. I really respect his work and his staff. If I have to be drilled on, I'd prefer it be done here.
