Our party hostess (when I asked) said we could take the extra opened paper goods. They were packed in my personal box unwrapped. The staff went into our personal box & removed the items. When asked, the woman in charge stated we were not able to take them as it was their property. It appears that they will be reusing these Winnie the Pooh paper items. We spent approximately $700, tipped our party hostess to be treated like thieves by going through our personal items to "see" what we took.

They helped a lot with the projects, but probably means there is a little less room for customization that isn't super clear when you're signing up for the class. We went on a Thursday evening and it was just the two of us. The owner and one other employee were there. We got so much personalized attention, the projects were cute, we learned a bunch, and they gave us options for each part of us doing it or them supporting us with it. There were tons of cute examples in the shop for inspiration and for purchase. The playlist was fun and the ambiance was cute. Perfect place for a party. I hope to be back.

Food service turnaround was good. General service was just OK. The ninja course / trampoline attendant was not very present or maintaining order, he was on his phone the entire time. Some games did not work and i did not see anyone attending to broken games. Food pricing is intentionally high and makes more sense to signup for the subscription to get the food discounts and game credits. It pays for itself in two visits.

Now all was going well until there was a caliper of patrons (at a birthday party to be exact). This young lady cursed her 3 year old child out for crying and told her she was going ro beat her and going to smoke. She was making a scene. A member of the party said something to her about her language and she went off on a rampage cursing and saying she can talk to her child however and do whatever she wants. Disregarding others. The mood of having the near same caliper of folks continued. I ended my stay with the party I was attending with my small kids as it is not suitable for children and families as the young staff did not say anything to make the stay comfortable and respectful for all patrons. If you want respect and a decent environment for your young babies, reframe from here.

She decided to talk badly very loudly about then to her two other coworkers all because they did not say hello. Than one of them decided to ask about politics and the female one said "I hate that." Then whispered loud enough that I could hear I wish they would have killed him referring to our newly appointed president. One of the coworkers said that she shouldn't say that type of things but she said "I don't care it's true they should have killed him. I don't care they can report me for saying that I don't care. Last I checked politics should be talked about in private not loudly enough that others can hear. Especially knowing others have different opinions and talking about assassinating a president and or governmental figure is not a joking manner. It's also not okay to bad mouth a customer so that a entire store can hear.
