Holy cow! We just attended a 4 year old birthday party here and it was incredible. Everything is over the top decorated like a jungle or rain forest. They have tons of cool animals, mostly reptiles and sea animals but also some birds and an armadillo. All the employees seemed super passionate about their job, they were great with the kids, and they facilitated the party well. There was plenty of space for the kids and their families and I'd say the adults were as engaged in the activities as the kids. There was free time for the kids to look at all the exhibits, the charismatic host brought out a lizard, an armadillo, a boa, and a cayman to teach us about and let the kids touch. There was time for pizza and a dinosaur egg hunt. Everything was clean and they did a great job sanitizing between animals and doing hand washes before food. read more

What a great team and awesome camp experience. My three attended the last week of summer, and every day they were full of stories and adventure. I'm so happy that we found a place that really cares for the well being and happiness of our kids and their future education. I appreciate the junior counselors and the effort all the staff put forward. The leadership and attentiveness shows in the employees. Even with temperature checks and Covid questions, I know they have the safety and concern of the kids at heart. The best part is that every day - each and every kid - had a great day!! My oldest daughter was able to participate in the CIT program, and I think she will benefit from this opportunity in the future. She was given responsibility and respect from the counselors and staff, and I truly am thankful for this experience. We enjoyed all the animals and the color teams too! I can't wait to sign up for next summer. And we will also be watching for other special events too. read more

We just had our son's birthday party at Eco Adventures! The booking process was so well organized and seamless. I had never been so impressed by the organization of a birthday party. From the moment you got out of your car, the staff was there ready to carry items in, did all the set up, all the serving, and all the clean up including little details, such as taping up and labeling our leftover pizza boxes as to what kind they were. WOW! You don't need any decorations as the place is so well decorated. They put on a wonderful presentation and the kids are entertained the whole time and even the parents got to enjoy it! They also made my son feel extra special the whole time. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this place more, run don't walk to book your child's next birthday! Also, just a little trick... add on the extra 30 minutes if you can, it is well worth it! read more

My daughter just had a party there, and the staff was fantastic. They were so professional and courteous. The presenter and the assistant did a wonderful job making the children and grown ups comfortable and safe to pet or handle the animals. Both were super knowledgeable of the animals. We all learned a lot. They had 5 total staff on site. It was so organized, and I didn't have to worry about set up or clean up. They did everything. I got a chance to enjoy the party like I was attending and not actually hosting it. Also they were very good at socially distancing the kids and having everyone hand sanitizer after every time we touched the animals. They had all the kids and adults wash their hands before food was handled. I was sure to tip 25% on top of the main bill of the party for excellent customer service and party management. (I also did a day camp there during spring break, and my kids who were super hesitant at first came home with the best stories. My son who has sensory processing condition told me how much he loved petting a snake, frog, and a tortoise.) I could go on and on about them. They are great. Thanks Eco! read more

We chose to have my daughter's birthday party here because she is a true animal lover. The whole experience exceeded my expectations! The staff was attentive and gave special care to the all of the details. They swiftly set up the party room and handled all of the details - I didn't have to do anything. They made my daughter the star of the show and engaged every of the children - and parents too! I'm so grateful to Heather, Ben and Evan for their hard work and making this a memorable birthday party for everyone (and stress free for mom)! Throughout the party Heather and Ben introduced the kids to different animals that they were able to hold/pet and interact with. Hissing cockroaches, a bearded dragon, hedgehog, alligators, a giant snake and a tortoise too! Not only was it fun, but educational too! read more

My son has been going to Eco Adventures for several years and has loved every minute of it.

What a cool spot for kids who are interested in critters. We attended a friend's birthday party there (and Eco Adventures did a fine job as hosts) and had a chance to meet (and pet) many of the animals, including hissing cockroaches, some frogs, a tarantula, and gigantic albino snake. Plenty of educational information went along with the touch-and-feel portion, so you'll learn something. Some people also ate crickets and mealworms. And they were reportedly tasty, especially the salt-and-vinegar ones. I probably wouldn't recommend this place if you're phobic on reptiles or insects, but it's spot-on for the kids. I'd say five to eleven year olds are probably in the sweet spot here. They have camps and other events here too, so check the website. read more

This is an updated review solely on their birthday party packages. I recently held my son's 6th birthday party here. Total cost of the package was $485, this only included themed games, a craft, green screen photo for each child and a certificate for free open play for each child. Adults were free. Keep in mind that's all that covered. So after gift bags, food, cake, etc. The cost was probably closer to $600. I wasn't particularly impressed with the staff that ran the party. They weren't the normal people I usually see at the day camps, open play, etc. The beginning started out a little rough. The staff was disorganized and chaotic. They did a horrible job of greeting people as they came in, in order to get name tags on the kids, waivers signed etc. We even had one random guy and his son wandering around unchecked. Before any of our other guests arrived. He made it all the way into the underwater room before I stopped him. Half of the staff were "volunteers", pre-teens mostly. They were awkward, shy, and didn't speak to anyone, adults or kids. When they did talk, it was asinine questions like, are the kids allowed to have seconds on food? They also called my son the wrong name 50% of the time. The wrong craft was put out. The green screen photos was a cluster, like herding wilding cats. As far as I could tell, we never did the scavenger hunt which was supposed to be part of the package. The only upside to this party was the animals. If the animals hadn't been there, the entire party would have been a bust, and definitely not worth the amount of money we spent. Near the end of the party, one of the volunteers unceremoniously shoved all of the presents in a trash bag. That was interesting. Six year olds are easily entertained and that saved the party. However, I doubt I'll ever consider spending that amount of money to get so little in return for a birthday party. read more

We had a party at Eco Adventures for my daughter. The staff was extremely accommodating, knowledgable, and friendly. The facility is spacious and very clean, which is great because the kids have a blast running and playing. It is a very hands on and interactive experience where the kids learn about the animals and actually get to hold some of them. There were many different species of snakes, alligators, spiders, fish and turtles. A really neat experience was when the staff brought out a 20ft python and let the kids hold and touch it. It looked intimidating but could not have been friendlier and a cool experience. All the kids had an awesome time at the party and I would highly recommend to parents looking to try something new and exciting for a party. read more

My kids have been enjoying Eco-Adventures since it opened and we have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. We have played and learned at Eco camps, had tons of fun at friend's bday parties, and even celebrated an adult evening with the animals and a fundraiser. We even got to meet the alligator guy, Dr. Brady Barr. There is always so much to do there, from feeding the reptiles during the "Feeding Frenzy," to getting a photo with your friends, while holding a giant snake, Eco is a great place for both kids and families! Just wanted to say how thankful I am to have Eco Adventures as an option for fun events and child care. This week, the County camp that I had signed my 8 year old son up for cancelled the camp without notice. I called Eco Adventures that day and they made a space available for him. He has loved every minute of it. Cool crafts, loves the animals, and the snacks rock (according to him). My son loves Harry Potter, and Eco Adventures went out of their way to make sure he had the most amazing "Wizarding World" birthday party ever!! I love how they made the party fun, but also educational. Kelsey was fantastic with the kids, and had them under control the whole time. I didn't have to lift a finger. I had my sons 5th birthday party here back in October of 2019, I just kept forgetting to post a review. It was wonderful. We had about 10 kids including my son and it was perfect. The staff were all so friendly, kind and outgoing, also extremely knowledgeable about the animals they were presenting. My group of 4&5 year olds really got a kick out of seeing all the live animals and getting to pet/hold them while also learning. There were plenty of activities, playing and free time in addition to the animal presentation. All the kids were more than entertained and I got comments after from all the parents that their kids had such a blast. I will say the following weekend we attended a birthday party there for a classmate of my sons and it was a totally different experience. It was like 30 kids all pre school age so it was pretty wild. Not as intimate, and the kids didn't get the same experience with all the animals as far as petting/holding them, obviously because that would just take forever with so many small kids. It was pretty chaotic but totally not the fault of the staff, I just wouldn't recommend a birthday party here for a large group of kids because the experience is much better suited to a small group I'd say 15 kids or less. We attended the New Year's Eve party yesterday afternoon and this is a fun opportunity to meet a slew of animals - snakes, a tarantula, gecko, lizard, and various crocodiles and alligators. The facility was safe and fun, and the staff were instructive and helpful. A little bit too much commercial pitch for buying additional books and pushing their summer camps and home school programs, but that is somewhat understandable. Good times and I recommend this for anyone with grade school age kids who like animals. read more

We just had our son's 6th birthday at Eco Adventures and it was his favorite party by far! Everyone loved it and were making compliments the entire party! The staff is very refreshing, easy to work with, friendly... I can't say enough. The facility is clean and super cute! The reptile show was AWESOME! The facilitator was fantastic with the kids, and I loved how the kids got to touch and hold the reptiles! we had such a great time here for our daughters 3rd birthday! the staff was really friendly and engaging with the kids. they made sure all the children had a great time with the animals and kept everything running smoothly. they helped us set up the food and tables prior to the guests arriving and when they did they rounded everyone up and led the entire event. the kids loved the green screen pics they got to take home at the end of the party and, of course, getting to meet and touch (if they wanted) some pretty cool animals. so many of the parents said they didn't know this place existed and expressed they wished they had. we plan on going back for open play again. we loved it!! read more
