Took my daughter for her 4th birthday. They have a birthday bear that you "pay your age" for. The bear itself comes out to whatever the child's age is and you can add clothes and accessories for an extra cost. There was only one employee in the front and someone came out from the back and saw that there was about 3 different parties there and went back to the back instead of helping the other employee deal with all of us that were just staging around waiting to get helped. My daughter had a blast and got to fill her bear and and name it. Over all it was a good experience.

I had almost forgotten about this place but happened to be at the Falls and my toddler got drawn to the giant teddy bear in the window display. I wanted to make him happy so I let him pick a stuffed animal. He picked the blue dinosaur. It is a cute experience where they let the kids make a wish, kiss a little heart, and then they sow it inside the stuffed animal. However, as many people mentioned in their reviews, they have the kids pick between a bunch of things and do not mention to the parent that these are add-on charges. There was a sound they put it, a beating heart and a scent (that you don't even smell). All of these extras were at least $6.50+tax each making the toy twice as expensive. I went along with it for the experience but I can see this as very challenging for people with a tight budget. After you're done building the toy, you can name it and they print out a certificate for you. My son wanted to carry his Dino but FYI all boxes and bags cost extra too. After we spent $50 on a stuffed animal, my son was really excited to check out the store and play with his toy there. It seemed like the employees didn't like that. They kept looking at him and whispering to each other. Then they told me unless we buy it, he can't play with the other toys in the store. They waited for him to step away and then grabbed the choo choo train he was playing with as well. Maybe I'm overreacting and it's just store policy but I thought it was a bit hostile especially since we were paying customers (others were sitting there forever deciding on what they want). So I left immediately. My son enjoyed it so I can't say that I don't recommend it. But I think they should reconsider their pushy sales practices.

Every corner of this building is amazing! We had the best time! 10/10 Staff is cool and hosted an awesome event!

Prices are high, but if you have children, this is a must do! The staff walks you through the process, is polite. There are tons of different "looks" to choose from. Half the fun is picking out the clothing and the accessories. Do come prepared to spend about $40-$50 though, as the clothing and accessories sure add up. My daughter loves this store!

This place is really cute for little kids. You pick out which kind of stuffed animal you want, then you go over to the machine that fills it with stuffing. There you can add scent, a voice recording, and a beating heart to your stuffed toy. That's what kind of annoyed me. The staff asks the children, not the adults, about all of these extras. The price is posted but never mentioned, and all together will add an extra $16 to your toy. And what the heck do kids know about add-on's? They say yes to everything. I felt like a jerk having to intervene when the girl asked my kid, "What do you want your teddy bear to smell like?!" because we're not big fans of artificial scents, I had no idea how strong the scent would be, and I didn't want my kid sneezing her face off after spending over $50 on a stuffed bear. They should ask the parents about the add-on features before telling the kids to grab all of these items to shove inside the bears. After your toy is stuffed you take it over for a "bath" and brushing, and then you move on to picking out an outfit. There's a huge variety of outfits with coordinating accessories. Everything from Miami Heat jerseys to wedding dresses. The staff was friendly and really well trained on selling you all sorts of things to go with your new toy. Be prepared to spend over $50 per child, but also be prepared to have a wonderful experience. The store is located between the PF Changs and the movie theater entrance.

Getting some bears for my daughter! SHe totally loves this place. Staff is always extremely nice. Since my daughter doesn't like dolls at all. This is perfect for her. Loves to stuff her bear and than pick out clothes. It can get procey though. Still beats spending $100+ on an American Girl doll.

I was very clear that I did not want an ongoing membership. Despite that, they continued charging my card month after month. I have now asked MULTIPLE TIMES for this membership to be cancelled, both in person and by email, and they STILL have not cancelled it. At this point, continuing to charge someone after they have repeatedly requested cancellation is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that I was told one thing when I signed up, yet I have been billed completely differently ever since. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company just to get them to stop taking money from my account. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability, the misleading information I was given when I signed up, and the repeated failure to process my cancellation. I strongly recommend that anyone considering signing up here be VERY careful, read everything closely, and monitor your credit card statements afterward. I want my membership cancelled immediately and all unauthorized charges after my requested cancellation refunded.

My first time here was with a large group (field trip) and the experience was painless in terms of check, organization with the school, parking and food/drinks for the little ones. They enjoy this event so much that a 4 year old could continue to remember the facility name for an entire year after. My second time was a party of my family and it couldn't have gone better. Trampoline High has a few party packages which could include closing their business for you. They usually have good availability and all they asked me was $100 deposit. When we got to the place, we were surprised by the arrangement/decoration that they took care of, we simply needed to bring our cake and extra food to offer. Going extra early was unnecessary, all was ready and that piece of mind was priceless. Their deals included that you could bring extra food or drinks for a flat fee. We had a server assigned to the party and she was relentless in picking up and serving as we needed. Adults were able to enjoy fellowship while kids safely enjoy their calorie burning activities he he. Manager was present a few times and she has a heart of customer service or customer oriented personnel. We left some of our extra decorations as she hinted that she helps some customers who need the extra push. One extra gesture she had with us was that, we had purchased extra juices and we didn't use. Surprisingly enough they offer to take it back and not charge us since they were not open. Big heart and was a nice tough. We will be back, demanded by kids.
