My 5 & 7 year old boys came here for a birthday party and had a lot of fun. The space isn't huge,…read morebut there's a nice sized party room and still plenty of interactive toys and things to build-perfect for my boys. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If it's your first time here, you'll need to sign a waiver, but it's a quick process. Then your child will receive a name tag, and you'll receive a pick up tag with your child's name on it. There's a small waiting room near the front desk, or you may drop and go. If you'd like to enter with your child, there's an additional $5 fee. I will definitely come back for their camps and free play.

We had a virtual birthday party through Snapology. The instructor showed a picture of LEGO vehicles…read moreand then told the kids to build. She then sat silent for the next half hour. My 5 year old birthday boy asked his friends some questions (what are you building?)--he did more facilitation than the instructor did. Kids lost interest halfway through and the instructor did nothing to pull them in. Eventually she asked my son a few questions about what he built but didn't interact with the other kids. It's unclear why this cost $100. All they provided was a zoom link and a photo of a LEGO vehicle. I could have done that for free.

This is a fantastic event! My girls loved it ages 4 & 6 when we went last year. Looking forward to…read moreOctober! Great event for kids most things included. The picture experience is expensive but they provide the costumes and the backgrounds and do great special effects. I was super happy with my pictures. You don't have to spend the extra money on the gift shop. I ordered unicorn bubble wands on Amazon before the event. No one cared that we already had them. The inflatables and ride on unicorns were fun ! The unicorn in costume was dancing with kids! We skipped adopting a unicorn that was super expensive but again your choice on whether or not to purchase there. Overall a great event!

Do NOT go to The Unicorn World. This is an overpriced scam. I saw the advertisement on Facebook and…read moreimmediately bought tickets for my daughter and her friend for her fourth birthday. I bought 3 tickets (they charge for parents which is insane but whatever) plus the magic passes, and lastly I purchased a "birthday surprise." The total came to over $180. #1. The "birthday surprise" was a small, chintzy unicorn stuffed animal. I honestly thought it was a mistake. #2. The unicorns are terrifying. The several little girls before and after us were all afraid, including the two little girls I brought. #3. 95% of the workers were grown men who reeked of marijuana. They didn't engage, we had to awkwardly decide when to get our children on and off of attractions because there was no direction. #4. The Magic Pass is grossly overpriced. You are paying for 5 bouncy houses, unicorn rides, and a jeep ride. It is supposed to include a bubble house but it was not there. I emailed customer service and they said it was "broken". Oopsies! The bouncy houses are all the exact same, just different colors. They are just your basic bouncy house. The "rides" are two of the exact same unicorn ride. It is the most basic attraction and to call it a ride is very misleading. No child above the age of MAYBE three would be interested. My girls are newly four years old and had no interest. The jeep ride is pictured below. Two battery operated jeeps that they can drive in a circle. (The third jeep is replacing one of the jeeps because of a dying battery)The kids were completely bored after going around twice. The centerpiece looks like it's made out of construction paper. The lines are very long because these are the only attractions included in the magic pass. #5. Everything is visibly dirty. #6. Anything that is not included is wildly expensive. $20 for face paint. $25 to "adopt a unicorn" (a toy you can find at the dollar store), etc. #7. Half of the attractions are photo ops. I was happy to snap a picture when we first walked in, but was quickly turned off by how many selfie stations there were. Bottom line, this is a complete and total overpriced scam. I had several conversations with so many other agitated parents. It's cheap, thrown together, and absolutely NOTHINGGGGG like the pictures you see on Facebook or their website. The selfies you see of children are in well-lit selfie stations within the first several minutes of walking in when everyone is excited to see what's inside. Save your money. Buy your daughter a unicorn costume, buy some unicorn decor, paint her face, take her out to get her nails painted, and have a dance party with her friends. She will have just as much fun and you won't be out $200+.
