I really hate to give bad reviews to companies, I really do, but I am beyond disappointed with the…read morework and craftsmanship of Kurtz . We had Ralph out multiple times for a roof leak that they supposedly fixed 4 years prior. I told him numerous times it was destroying our beautiful 150 year old ornate plaster ceiling and he assured me it wasn't... Well it did! It's still leaking now causing us to tear the whole ceiling out due to the leaks AFTER Kurtz was paid to fix it. The worst part is Ralph ignored multiple emails when we reached out to him . They also installed new gutters around our front porch and water blows out of them all the time. We even installed gutter guards and they told us the gutters were hung at a bad angle and they should've put deflectors in. I brought this up to Ralph and he just ignored me. Really a shame that a company with a decent reputation does such poor quality works

They only actually worked about 5 hrs. I placed a formal complaint with Angi and saved the video of Ian going through my drawers. He never noticed the camera in that area. I stopped payment on the check I gave him because I wasn't paying him to ransack my entire house looking for whatever he thought I might have. Be very careful with him and his helper. It seems they work together. If you decide to hire them keep a close watch.
