I had a complete tear off and replace thanks to hail damage. The guys who showed up to replace the roof did not speak any English, so it was a little difficult for us to exchange ideas and things I wanted done while they were here, without calling the home office. They left a mess every day without cleaning it up. I had to clean all the debris out of my pool every day to keep my skimmer / filter clean. Once the roof was done, then the hassle started with my insurance company and the back and forth trying to file for additional labor / contractor / oversight / GC / fee's / etc... It has been a mess now for 5 months and I've still not closed this out yet. Lesson learned here. I should have stuck with my local guys. Not someone looking to make a buck off the insurance folks.
