Fast forward to today -- I thought that they were running late so I left a voicemail message, texted him, and sent an email. However, I never received a response to all 3 messages! We had to hurry and hire another company to come on Friday because our new sofa is arriving Saturday! This is so unprofessional and we are very disappointed!
