But, he did say he would try to today or tmrrw (Wednesday), but that he was busy. He then told me, "if I cant today or tmrrw, then I will def be by on Thursday to check it out." Well Thursday morning comes and I didn't hear from him so I text him, he said he was booked and it would most likely be the next day. I was like, what? You told me worse case scenario Thursday and here is it is Thursday and your now just telling me the day of? Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. He got me a L bracket and some screws and told me if it did not work to take back to any location. I worked on the shelf for a minute because I actually thought some brackets from another item I had would work since it had a level end but it didn't. Kevin was super amazing and wanted to know if things worked out. It did. I however had to take back his bracket and screws to the other closest location to get it right. Thanks so much Kevin.
