He seemed high or drunk, or under the influence of something. He wasn't able to comprehend what I was saying, and was swaying and leaning. I told him don't come to my home without coordinating with me first. He stated that he called and no one answered. I told him if no one called that means that he didn't coordinate and this is not the first time he has done this. I asked if he left a voicemail, and he didn't. He called at 12:15pm and came to my house at 12:45pm. I asked what he would have done if I wasn't home and he responded "well, I called". My mother just passed away and we were having her repass (reception after funeral). He showed up and wanted us to move to adjust to his unannounced schedule. I told him I would be filing a complaint because his behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked him to give me a moment to move my guests. Kenny looked me in my eyes and agreed to wait. I went back in the house to tell my mother-in-law to move everyone to the backyard... maybe 3 minutes. I came back to the front of the house and he had left. Minutes later AHS called and said the vendor requested to transfer the work order because they couldn't get in touch with me. This is after Kenny showed up to my house unannounced during my mothers repass, looked me in my eye, had me move our guests, and left without even letting us know he was leaving.
