Both reps were quick, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They also cleaned up after themselves and even went the extra mile to fill in any holes in the walls that were made during the repairs, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend them. After contacting him on Yelp, I gave him my phone number for a phone consultation. He called the…read morefirst time at 10pm on a Thursday night without any heads up. I wasn't sure who it was because it was so late and the caller ID said "Pro TV Mounting Same Day..." I figured it was him because then he sent me a message on Yelp that night saying "I tried calling and no one answered". I messaged him to schedule a call at a time that was more reasonable. No answer. Then the same number called during a Sunday afternoon. I asked again to please just schedule the call. When I called at the scheduled time, he sounded almost half asleep on the phone (sorry I woke you up!) and I tried explaining clearly what was wrong with the issue and he said repeatedly, "why don't you just call the people who originally installed it". I mentioned I was unhappy with their work and wanted someone else. He clearly was unfamiliar with what was going on and didn't know basic terminology for installation of doors. Never asked for a guarantee, but I just wanted someone who had a more experienced and expert installation history. He then got upset when I indicated I wouldn't be using his services because he sounded like he didn't know what was going on for the project and I preferred not to pay $80 since all other handymen come to do an assessment for free so they can accurately set expectations for themselves and the customer and there isn't disappointment on either side. He literally started raising his voice on the phone because I was trying to ask his professional opinion and gather more info on what he thought was going on. Maybe he was having an off day because he seemed to get frustrated with what I thought were common questions. It seemed like he just wanted to get me off the phone and do the $80 in-person assessment. So the "phone consultation" part doesn't seem like a real thing. Again, I told him "no problem that's your policy and I appreciate your time" but I will go in a different direction Unprofessional and also seemed to have limited skills for certain simple jobs and really is focused on TV mounting or other things (I mean the phone number ID says Pro TV install"). Again, that's totally ok, but don't get upset when a customer would prefer a different option. And be careful! He then tried repeatedly harass and called me several times after now from a hidden number! He had to be reported to Yelp! It seems like this guy generally has good reviews, but this seemed very unusual and concerning. Just take a look at all the other 1-star reviews. They all talk about the SAME exact issues: calling at inappropriate times, rude/unprofessional, harassing calls, incorrect skills listed, (even being asleep, ha!), etc. There is a clear negative pattern here, but other people seemed to find benefit so up to you based your exact situation.

### 2023 review 4/100 ###…read more I really didn't want to leave a bad review even after all the sub-par jobs they did but... I'm still and beyond SHOCKED about what happened this morning. I caught both Nikita and Donat RED-HANDED trespassing on my property USING MY GARAGE CODE TO ENTER MY HOME... TWO MONTHS AFTER I FIRED THEM. They claim they "left some tools behind" so that's why they were accessing my property WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Really? Seriously? As if they have the right to use my garage code to enter my home at any time? I tried to keep my calm tho I was freaking out, asked them to please leave. I have an appointment I have to get to on time and to call/text me whatever it is they needed. They had the audacity to refuse to leave AFTER I just caught them red-handed trespassing, stood in front of my car preventing me to leave. WTF. I lost it. On my own property. I called Security and found out they had another job in our gated community. So basically, these Russian contractors deemed it totally acceptable to come by my house in the middle of the day, believing nobody was home and just go through my home? To steal or God knows what they were up to. I feel violated and still shocked they think it's okay to do such a thing. They've been warned by Security... should they make another attempt like they did on this day dated January 17th -or- even dare to come anywhere close to my home again, the police will get involved. I filed a police report to have this on record that I caught them red-handed about to enter my garage. As far as their qualifications for contractor job... I had high hopes when I chose this father and son team based on the other 5-star reviews and since their bids were comparable to another contractor. However very soon we realized as the job started that they were unreliable and basically don't know what they were doing. They "learnt" how to put up drywall a year ago by watching YouTube videos. And also turned out they are not licensed. Since they don't know what they are going, and kept asking me "what needs to get done" or "ask Home Depot what tools and materials are needed", their quotes are not reliable. Be warned if you discuss any jobs with them, they would end up asking for more money because "it took more work, time and effort" even when they agreed to the job and estimate. And trust me... the language barrier is REAL. Lots of mistakes on part 1 of the job putting up drywall. And part 2 painting was a botched job with paint leaked over our brown painted garage door. There were other mistakes made that cost us more money to hire someone else to fix. We couldn't keep working with them for part 3 of the project, it was a waste of our time and money, and mostly really stressful. Nikita is the son, barely 18 or 19? He 'translates' for his father Donat who doesn't speak English and never shows up earlier than 1pm to start any work because he has personal things to do. They are consistently unreliable and hard to schedule -- always saying they have other bigger jobs that seems more important for them to do. It was a major headache trying to get them to do anything and we highly regret hiring them... And now after catching them entering my home thinking nobody is home -- just proves even more so what kind of people they are. I'm beyond sick of dealing with "nice" contractors who turn out to be nothing but dishonest, scammers and untrustworthy... and now I can add trespassing on my property to my list of horror contractors stories.
