No matter how "pretty" the showroom is, or how "nice" the salesperson seems, when there's an issue with your purchase, they won't remember your name. And finally, there's a reason they don't install and instead provide you with a list of their recommended installers. Because when an issue arises they will take no responsibility - they will blame the installer or the customer or the builder.

He sent someone out to look at it, he said he would talk with his boss and let us know. I get a message from Jim saying it will be replaced. I thought i would need to buy another one as I had no proof, but I could not believe it... They replaced it for free! Who does that after so long, well its a great company that backs up their claims. I will never go elsewhere- highly recommend and they went above and beyond. Great owner and Company.
