About a years ago our pool company retired. Pool masters bought out their names. A couple of…read moreneighbors after a couple of months told me they were leaving this service because pool masters screwed up the chemical levels royally. I gave them the benefit of doubt. I now have a new service and the amount of issues with my pool chemicals and draining filling and re draining has gotten ridiculous in order to right the levels. I went back for 6 months and the levels the stated after service were exactly the same every week for 6 months. I'm furious.

Pros - Responded fast to my YELP quote request…read more Cons - Showed up late. Employee was not in a uniform, no name tag, didn't introduce himself "I'm here for the pool". I simply requested a quote to fix the hot tub. The man looked over the equipment then proceeded to tell us he forgot the samples for remodeling the pool. I advised him that I was only needing a quote to fix the hot tub today. He responded by saying it's old and totally needs to be replaced then proceeded to measure the pool so he can quote us for a remodel. After not hearing back for over 24 hours I messaged the company asking if they had the quote to repair the hot tub and was told "no" because I told her "guy to shut up". If you think I'm exaggerating, please look at the screen shots from our conversation. I've also included my RFQ that simply stated I only wanted the hot tub looked at. I even included photos. I can't believe this company assumed they could trick me into hiring them for a total pool remodel after I simply requested a quote to fix the hot tub.
