A quality daycare should partner with parents, nurture children at all stages, and show patience and understanding. Unfortunately, this facility failed in every one of those areas. After giving full 2 months of time, they couldn't make him feel comfortable and he used to cry a lot. He goes well with his nanny, grandparents and neighborhood folks. Even new nanny can make him comfortable and happy in a day. School doesn't have live monitoring and we don't know how they treat young kids. When we asked what they do to make him feel better, we got generic responses(like we are trying) and they used to put blame on the kid. 18 month old shouldn't be blamed like this. Hope school should take this feedback to improve by showing some affection to little kids and hire better competent teachers instead of just running it as a business.
