During the pre-drywall inspection, his thoroughness gave me tremendous peace of mind. As a homeowner, I had no idea what I should be looking for behind the walls, but he carefully inspected everything and explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand and the construction manager to address. His drone was able to even see roof issues the construction manager didn't have visibility to! For the final inspection, he delivered an incredibly detailed 75-page report that covered everything from major construction items down to a crack in the road leading to my driveway. While the report was comprehensive, he also took the time to clearly summarize the most important issues that should be addressed before closing, which made the process much less overwhelming. One of the things I appreciated most was his flexibility. New construction schedules are constantly changing, and he was able to accommodate shifting inspection dates both times. He also followed up with phone calls after each inspection to answer any questions and ensure I fully understood his findings. When you're making one of the largest purchases of your life, having someone inspect every inch of the home--including areas and systems you know nothing about--is worth every penny. The peace of mind alone is invaluable. I have already recommended him to family members who are closing on a new construction home next month, and they are using him as well.
