The first time I rented a toyhauler took a trip up to the desert where no amenities. Power,lights, etc would work due to the battery's on the unit being drained. Generator on the unit would rattle and turn off and kill all the power on the unit. Was not a gas issue as I checked. This could most easily have been checked before leaving his lot with a quality check. All weekend with out power that was great!!!!!!! Anyway my second and last time renting from Travis was about 1month. Sweet talking the situation he advised he would have a brand new unit with everything working. "That was completely not so!!!!!" We get to camp and disposal fluids are almost half way full on the unit. Waste stinch coming from the bathroom. Also I call to advise of no power. He advises to buy battery's to swap.. in which I do have to drive from camp 25min away and 25min back 1hr of vacation time to find Out it is in fact a battery issue with his unit. In which he says he will reimburse when we get back from vacation. Try to use sink in the morning and it is spill out slowly.. call to advise He says he doesn't provide water.. Keep in mind This all while I'm out camping.. very frustrating. I arrive from camping and return the unit completely cleaned,new fresh set of batteries in which I had to swap out and install.. completly drained sewage tanks and unit filled with water.. "hence don't want this happening to another family" He says thank you he will reimburse me the money for the batteries back to my card. 3weeks In now.... n/a, no refund, in fact never even offer a discount on this rental or next for all his negligence in running his company.. horrible service,.. he does have nice equipment however..which is very deceiving when things do not work properly or better yet work at all. Now I have to dispute charges with my card company for a refund... this is all my fault since I rented with him a second time... shame on me But please, please, please save your hard earned money... Spend your $$ with a company that actually cares about your camping experience !!!!!!!! They had three of them which was great because it took two of them to make one good dolly. There was a light out on each one but fortunately it was the opposite light. So they took one from one to make good on the other. I had to wait for this to happen but they made it happen. It would've been five stars if I could have gotten in and out. But the light fiasco took about 30 mins to get through. Nice staff though and helpful. Good folks.

Deceptive and late. The plumbing at our Irvine office…read morebuilding didn't work so we didn't have the use of our bathrooms for 50 employees. I called several companies early morning to try to get units in asap. I left messages with some, one said he could deliver between 10-12. Missy at Platinum answered at 6:30 am. She told me she had a guy with units loaded on a truck and should be able to deliver by 8. I jumped on that and agreed. She was very friendly and bubbly almost too much so referring to me as "baby girl", "babe" and "sweetheart". I didn't care she could call me whatever as long as she got the units to us by or close to it. At 7;15 she emailed the contract and credit card autho and said driver was on his way. At 8;45 when they hadn't arrived I asked for status. She apologized and said the driver was stuck in heavy traffic with multiple accidents and he estimated he would be another hour. Two hours later he still hadn't arrived and Missy said there was so much traffic completely out of their control. This went on for a while and the units didn't show until 1:30. By then we had already sent more than half our staff home (not all are set up to work from home) and others had to go to a neighboring hotel to use the bathroom. It was unacceptable. I asked the driver what happened and what took so long since I understood he was on his way since 7:15and it was now 1:30 and how bad could the traffic have been? Bill the driver was very nice and polite and said sure there was traffic, there always is but he had several stops with pickups and deliveries before ours. That is definitely within their control. So Missy just lied to get the contract. Then they charged the credit card more than quoted and said the quote was an error as she missed something. Terrible deceptive service and we will never use them again. The units themselves were fine. They were clean and functional.
