I would not recommend this firm for work outside the Santa Clarita area. I scheduled them for a job 1-week in advance. On the day in question, they claim their van "would not climb up the street" - which is rather absurd as all types of vans and trucks drive on the street all day long. Rather than calling me direct, Douglas has his wife try to make up an excuse. Despite my sending them pics of vans on my street (ServiceMaster van, moving van at my neighbor), and furthermore offering to drive along with him in my car to my property, Douglas was a no show. Their work may be fine, but in my experience they are not trustworthy and they demonstrated poor judgement and courtesy. Do not hire them outside the Santa Clarita area unless you have them come in advance to give you an estimate and validate their van can climb the street! read more

When I first called, I explained what I needed and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and upfront about everything. I knew what I would be paying before I booked. Great! I don't like surprises. I received a call on the day of service to ask if they could come earlier. Yes! And the service......well I have 4 little dogs that don't always make it outside to potty.
