I contacted Joey via a referral and interviewed him on the phone as I did other inspectors. His Fire Dept. experience impressed us as who knows better than firemen the weak spots in homes and what to look for? Joey did a wonderful inspection and forwarded his results to us that afternoon. It was not his fault but he was unable to inspect the attic as the homeowner had left a vehicle blocking the attic access point. The next day, after the agents contacted one another and the home owner, Joey returned and did the attic and upper structural inspection.
