His Fire Dept. experience impressed us as who knows better than firemen the weak spots in homes and what to look for? Joey did a wonderful inspection and forwarded his results to us that afternoon. It was not his fault but he was unable to inspect the attic as the homeowner had left a vehicle blocking the attic access point. The next day, after the agents contacted one another and the home owner, Joey returned and did the attic and upper structural inspection. He did not gripe one time nor did he ask for more money for the 2nd trip out to the house.
