There are a lot of tow companies out there that will absolutely rip you off - this is not one of them. Two weeks ago I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a patch of black ice while traveling from Mississippi to West Newton, PA. We were coming into Belle Vernon late in the evening when the accident happened. I told the local PD to just do whatever they needed to do to get the car out of the road and secure. John with Bujanowski was dispatched, and within 15 minutes he was on scene with us. His first words were "are you ok?". There was no mention of money, payment, or anything. Just assurance that he would take care of us, get us situated for the night and out of the cold, and we could handle everything the next day. He even offered us a ride to our hotel for the night - we declined - only because the amazing officer from Washington Township PD had already made arrangements to give us a lift there. The next day, I had the pleasure of working with Sara in the office. Our vehicle was slam full of our tools and other belongings. My immediate fear was that we would not be able to recover our stuff post-accident. Sara assured us that would not be an issue, and once we got a few things handled to prove our ownership of the vehicle, she even assisted us in cleaning everything out and moving into our rental car. This is a fantastic family-owned and operated business. I cannot recommend them enough for their kindness, compassion, and assistance to a stranger from 900 miles away. read more

Rear end locked up on my truck. Triple A was hours out. I expected the guy to just yank my truck onto the flatbed and break everything in the process. That wasn't the case, my truck was immobile and he actually pulled the towtruck under my truck. Pretty clever, keep up the good service. This family business is top notch! I never heard of them before but I will never forget them now. I highly recommend this family business. While sitting in my disabled car, along the highway, I read the reviews for area towing services. This one was not as close an others, but the reviews were so good, I had to try this place for myself. Here are a few of the great things Matt, my tow truck driver, did when he arrived with the tow truck: He first made sure I was okay and felt safe. I immediately felt like I could trust him with taking care of my car. He told me what he was going to do. He carried my stuff into the tow truck. He asked if I needed any help to decide where to tow the car. He told me about his family business being passed down from his grandfather to his father and brothers. When we arrived at the garage, he took the keys into the garage for me, so I didn't have to get out of the tow truck in the rain. He dropped me off where I needed to go to borrow a car since it was on his way back. He had a great smile. This just couldn't have been a better experience. Awesome customer service! Thank you Matt! Very disappointing, I wouldn't rely on them. I'm trying to start a business and made an appointment, one week in advance, for the heavy wrecker to pick a piece of equipment up and set on a flatbed trailer. I don't want to sound rude but it was literally show up, hook to 2 lift points, pick straight up, and back a flatbed(that I had hired) under the equipment in a gravel lot. The week prior, when I scheduled, they quoted me at $150 an hour during business hours. It wasn't great but I accepted seeing is how they were the closest(25 mins) and only heavy wrecker within about 45 minutes. The job would've taken them 10-15 mins and the drive time. Everything was set up and Monday came around. I called Monday afternoon to verify my appointment, again, for Tuesday morning at 8am. They assured me everything was a green light as planned, so I also confirmed with the hired flatbed company to be there at 8am. I work nights and stopped after work, took a nap, and waited on the lot until they showed up. The flatbed showed up 15 mins early and we waited for the wrecker. Waiting, waiting, nothing. I called about 8:20 to see if they were stuck in traffic etc. After they finally answered around 8:30 or so, I was informed that "plans had changed" since I confirmed the day before and scheduled one week in advance! So I ended up losing a few hundred dollars with the flatbed and rescheduled with a reliable company. Oh well I guess but I'd like to warn everyone else. read more
