I needed a couple fillings, and Dr. Maniwang and her dental hygienist were incredibly gentle, quick, and attentive the entire time, always making sure I was okay. The front desk staff, Regina, and everyone else I met were so welcoming and helpful. I went in for a routine cleaning and told them that I was experiencing some discomfort and one of the crowns that I had done a year prior to, and Dr Mollie listen to what I had to say and could've easily told me I needed an expensive root canal or other dental procedure to repair, however, she diagnosed my issues and it was simply something small that she was able to take care of right then right there. It's very seldom in this world to have someone who you can trust make the decisions that are in your best interest and not in their own and that is why I love coming here.

When the dentist put in the original filling/crown I asked what happens if it falls out and they said they would replace it free of charge. I was not given any instructions by the dentist on what and what not to eat going forward. When I came back to get (another) filling/crown I was told it was my fault for biting down on something hard (?) and that they couldn't guarantee their work. So they put another one in and told me they weren't sure if my insurance would cover it? I looked at my bank statement and it appears they charged me for total amount in the meantime. No one followed up with me as of yet on whether they billed my dental insurance. When they put latest filling in I saw that it was uneven and they agreed to fix it. Seems like disconnect in front office.

First, the doctors are wonderful and I have no issue with them on our brief interactions during my exams. Since my first visit with Stacey, on my next two follow-up visits she wasn't nearly as nice and even seemed annoyed when I tried to make small talk or ask to get more information on my gums. I eventually went with another hygienist due to scheduling and liked her so I switched entirely and have been seeing someone else the last 3+ visits. Like my previous office, if I have to reschedule at any time - they book out like 8 months so you're screwed. This is why I switched offices initially, who the hell is going to wait 8 months to be seen if they have something come up between the 6 month appointments? That means you're waiting well over a year even for a cleaning. Nope. It's happened multiple times to me here and it is the exact reason I switched offices to begin with. These appointments are booked incredibly far in advance and people have lives - so when you need to reschedule I can understand a few weeks or a month but my Feb 02 appointment being rescheduled for August at the soonest?! Unacceptable. Additionally, the receptionists are rude when you call and try to ask any questions and are condescending. I've been nice when I've called and I'm met with some sort of indifference and talking down to for asking simple questions or trying to explain a situation. I'm again switching offices. I'm out. It started off well but the level of care isn't the same as my initial review. Not by a long shot.

So we decided to try Aspen, we wanted to get our cleanings which were overdue about 3 months. Reviews on in some places were great, in others not so much. Knew it was a gamble. My experience with reception and even the lady who did my x-rays was pleasant. Minimum wait at first. Then i went in with the hygienist and the hard sales started. From that point for the next 90 minutes (yes 90 minutes from start of cleaning to actually being able to leave) was non-stop sales. If it was not a service, it was a product. When I checked out, a "plan of care" was presented along with financing options. I was not interested in anything additional. Several of the issues they mentioned, had previously been discussed with my old dentist in my former location. I knew they were not concerns, certainly nothing I needed to go out of pocket hundreds of dollars (after insurance) for. My husbands had a similar experience, but they did not complete a cleaning, nor did the schedule one at the end of the evaluation. They want him to fork over well over a thousand dollars for many of the same services recommended to me. It feels predatory. I deep dove after my husband had his experience and found the lawsuits related to predatory practices and other questionable business practices. I have seen other reviews where Aspen has responded and told reviewers to call. I will happily communicate via email or snail mail, I am not trying to call again.

The receptionist I have dealt with on several occasions was very sweet and helpful as well as the rest of the staff I encountered. My sons' nurse was outstanding. I love how she interacted with him and made him laugh while getting the measurements she needed. Dr. Oliver Brooks is who was assigned to us and I am so happy about that. She was also, outstanding. Very engaging with both me and my son, answered all questions I had without making me feel like a moron and was just generally a wonderful Pediatrician. I am always nervous about switching doctors, especially for my little, but this office is great and I am super content in my choice to go with them, especially with another little on the way.

Well having countless infections back to back, I was introduced to Aspen dental. I thought that they were going to be easy as they have multiple offices and deal with the type of issues and needs I had wanted. They refuse to even look at my mouth from the beginning and just tried to get me to run my credit for a very expensive procedure that he didn't even know I could get as he didn't look at my mouth. I was having a very bad infection at the time and you wouldn't give me any antibiotics because he was worried they would hurt my stomach. So just leave the infection? I had to get some for my regular doctor. When she wasn't available I then had to find someone online. Then I had to go to the ER I got so bad. All while still calling Aspen. They were going to do this work with my infected mouth. All they cared about was the money and kept calling about that which I had but my worries were the affection and getting rid of that at the moment. After giving them countless tries and opportunities I looked elsewhere. And I'm glad I did. I found goyal dentistry. Right when I walked in there it was beautiful and I was greeted with the smile. By everyone. Everyone was very kind and understanding to me. The dentist himself was phenomenal. He said he was going to help me one way or the other and he did. Significantly. I win yesterday for a scan and showed him where the infection was the irritation that was still occurring and he decided his best to probably pull for the teeth out of the 11 I was going to get pulled at a later date. I said okay and even though I am an anxious Nelly, he had the least amount of pain for a shot in my mouth I had ever been given. My infection was so bad eventually when he got to the really bad tooth I could feel it but he kept stopping and giving me more numbing medicine. He was gentle and kind and that goes such a long way. If you are looking for a dentist, please look no further. And I mean that. I would never steer someone in the wrong direction and suggest a company if I didn't believe him in myself as I go off of reviews when I'm looking for someone. So I Hope they are real when I read them and I can assure you this one is! Give them a call if you need any kind of assistance and they do everything I was told.
