Bulgogi Garden has a wide sprawling area along Kalayaan Avenue that's pretty much hard to miss. During both of the times that I've been there, I've been with really good company and we all agreed that we liked the place. It's not like the typical mom-and-pop Korean restaurants, it's more high-end-ish and more comfortable.
PROS: The place is comfortably huge (and clean!) and you can feel like you can relax and stay there for a day; The japchae's not too oily and the noodles are really firm; Their beef is sliced so thinly that, when cooked right in front of you with the bulgogi soup base, it practically melts in your mouth; I am raving about their bulgogi soup! It tastes divine, like a sukiyaki evolved; A lot of staff all around the place that assist you and are kind enough to answer your questions.
CONS: More expensive than the other samgyeopsal-offering places in the vicinity.
TL;DR: The authentic, craving-busting Korean restaurant experience of bulgogi, samgyeopsal, japchae, and kimchi is right here. read more
