I called and the man said $5 for the part, 30-35 to install it. I dropped it off. They called me said it was done $72. I know that they didn't have it in front of them when they quoted me. I know that things are more expensive nowadays. What they did have was my name and phone number. What bothers me is the lack of communication. They could've called me, asked me, told me the price was going to be doubled. I called and spoke with John. I was hoping he would see it my way and take $5 or $10 off. He didn't. I told him that I will no longer refer them and not do business with them. He said okay. To reiterate, it isn't so much the charge, it's the lack of communication. Maybe from the get go they should said, we need to see it in person before we can give an estimate, but they didn't do that. They have the potential to lose thousands of dollars here. Not only the lost referral business, but when I shop for that new zero turn mower for thousands of dollars, it won't be with them!

I had a terrible experience with this business. I stopped in to see about getting repair work done…read moreon my tractor mower. They said they would contact me with a date and time to pick it up. I received a call the next day and was informed someone would be out the following day between 8 and 10am to pick up. No one ever showed up between those hours and no one called to let me know when they would arrive. I called them and asked for Mika (not sure of name spelling) who was the person I dealt with earlier. He said he would find out what was going on and call me back. I had to call him again twice and he said both times he couldn't hear me on the phone and hung up on me. When someone finally showed up around 1:30pm that person said the paperwork had been lost. I don't know how they could have found my house if they lost the paperwork! And why didn't I ever receive any follow up phone calls from them? I'm 86 years old, handicapped with spinal stenosis and have multiple health problems, including partial blindness and heart failure. Is this how they treat senior citizens who are handicapped and depend on people to do the right thing? Jim W.

It's hard to describe how bad the food actually is. I'm writing this review because I just opened a vacuum sealed rack of ribs and they were rancid. The ribs literally had us gagging. I've had multiple bad experiences with the food they have and today was the day I finally learned my lesson. I'll never go back. I'd rather drive 30-40 minutes to a different grocery.
